I had the same experience as others the shoes turned up and were nothing like the photo, then when I tried to return them they asked for photos and subsequently would not send the returns info. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are awful.

The company were advertised as a UK company. The payment went out as FG international. They are based in China. The sandals are advertised as orthopaedic but were cheap plastic when they arrived and not like the picture. They also smelt awful. I emailed as they didn’t fit and was asked to send a photo. I sent a photo. After four weeks, I received and email saying I could get a refund if I post them back to china within thirty days of purchase. Thirty days had already passed. No return label which means, if I send them, I will lose the postage as well as the £53 spent. I have since seen the same company pretending to be in affiliation with Clarks Shoes. But when you click on the link, it is Marley shoes again.

Absolutely terrible!! Do not purchase shoes from this company.Horrendous quality,never have I seen such poorly made goods,'leather'and 'Orthopaedic' what a joke! Absolutely disgusting the way these shoes have been falsely advertised.Not fit for purpose in any shape or form.I have been trying to get a refund for three weeks plus,no replies to my emails.THIS COMPANY must be stopped,they cannot be allowed to trade!!

Easy ordering, delivered on time, wore them on Sunday to a friend's birthday celebration, comfortable and looked good. Thank you

very disappointed with shoes I ordered. Very bad quality and when I try and find out how to return for a refund no information is forthcoming. Now my emails to the company just bounce back. Very frustrating, annoying, there should be a clear, easy and instant way to get a refund. So time consuming and stressful.

Attractive shoes and a nice colour. However the inner soles keep coming unstuck, so I will have to buy different inner soles, and have the show preparers stick them in for me.

I received the sandals eventually but they were too big, twice over the past week I have contacted them to arrange a return but has no response.

Sandals ordered were not of the standard and description as advertised. Also, the website hides the fact that they are in China and not UK as led to believe by the wording on delivery times. However, this said, I contacted them via email for a refund and returns label, they responded but took their time so I spoke with my bank who were awaiting instructions to open a dispute with the company. I emailed Marley Shoes to tell them this and I received a full refund within 24 hours and the told me to keep the sandals.
FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE TRYING TO GET A REFUND, I SUGGEST YOU REPLY USING AN EMAIL FROM THEM, THIS IS WHAT I DID. CONTACT YOUR BANK TO RAISE A DISPUTE SITING NOT AS DISCRIBED, NOT UK SELLER ETC, WHERE THEY CAN RETRIEVE YOUR MONEY ON YOUR BEHALF. Hope this helps.

Made an order and money paid-no order confirmation no response to emails no shoes

AVOID, long long wait, when they finally arrive, they ship the incorrect shoes, and then no customer service or refund, disgusting.

The shoes are good and comfortable for the price. I had an issue with sizing and the customer services is absolutely excellent. They are replacing them. Very swift service.

The quality of the shoes is appaling. Not fit for purpose at all.
Definitely not orthopaedic shoes as advertised. Look like they've been made in someone's garage.
Trying to find an address to return & ask for refund or send a complaint form but after typing a few words site just goes back to order page so unable to complete the complaints form.

Distrusting cheap plastic shows she never be allowed to sell these. I am trying to get my money back but having all sorts of problems ie emails going back and forth. Do NOT use this company.

Absolutely rubbish! The shoes are nothing like they are advertised to be. Wouldn't even pay £2 for them. Advertised as leather and so CLEARLY not. Sizing is off, quality is terrible. Disgusting customer service and I very much doubt I will get my money back with all the to-ing and fro-ing with emails. Not sure how they are allowed to trade!

They came in good time. Nice and bright but much bulkier than I expected. Also small even though I ordered a size up.

Orthopaedic trainers very badly made.
Sizing extremely small.

** Worse - l cut my finger on the eyelets when putting laces in.
Look ok on outside but inside very badly made and sharp eyelets which have not been put in properly.

DON'T BUY from them. Purchased two pairs of shoes. Both came at a wrong size, quality - very poor! Tried to return but their customer service are not getting back to me..Waste of money!

Shoes arrived in time they allowed shoes are lovely but differed from what I ordered ok quality not the best for the price paid quite flimsy but ok on the feet

Total rip off and false advertising sandals were not leather or orthopedic,one white one brown got 2 brown pairs,sizes also wrong NO half sizes as advertised got 2 pairs size 6 no 5 1/2 as ordered. They smelt really bad of cheap plastic.Ordered 2 pairs very poor quality poor ,with a long difficult process to return. Still waiting for my money back ,if i ever get it.

Just wish i had read the reviews before i ordered. Nothing about these shoes is genuine - all plastic!! Completely fraudulent under the trade description act and i have little confidence that i will ever get a refund.
This company has to be stopped!
