Was told sandals would be here within 2 days after 3 weeks they finally arrived, not as they described very flimsy and after wearing them twice strap around ankle broke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NOT ITALIAN SANDALS AT ALL

As with everybody else - do not waste your money. Total scam

Shoes are not as advertised not orthopaedic from China not the US cost a fortune to return and no refund ever given

The shoes were not orthopedic, did not look like the photo and were cheap plastic. Do not order. I have to return the shoes to China or accept at 40%refund. I feel a fool for not reading reviews before ordering.

I Do Not want to give any stars whatsoever. They arrived, quite a nice pair of orthopaedic trainers style shoe. Requested a return as they're a bit tight. They asked me to send photos of back, front ,top, bottom, size of the shoes. Also packaging .? Sent loads of snaps of these trainers only tried them once. Now they've blocked my emails so I have no way of getting in touch. Looking at the emails I recieved after the purchase, 1 was from with an Italian address, the other with USA address. Went on to track my pack, amazingly coming from China !!!!

One star is too good for Marley Shoes. I ordered one pair trainer and received two. They sent wrong size and they were cheap looking and a bad quality materials. They are not a family run business in Italy but they are coming from china, which took 3 weeks. Tried to send back but will cost more than what I paid. I did phone straight away about sending 2 prs but they said they had already been dispatched. A lesson learnt for me, you get what you pay for. Total rubbish.

Purchased sandals for £29.99,they lasted 2 weeks and came apart at the sole,Customer services were so unhelpful,Didn’t want to acknowledge the fact the sandals were not fit for purpose,telling me because they’ve been worn they will not replace or refund (ofcourse they had been worn)I also sent images so they’ve could see for themseves along with the purchase date,still didn’t want to acknowledge.Do not encourage this seller.You really would be better purchasing from primark😡

I ordered uk size 9 eu size 42
They sent me size 44 eu and said there size chart corresponds to uk size 9 on there size chart they were lying in looked up the chart myself they must think I'm stupid it was Sam Kaiser who lied to me

The website is erratic, I was part way through placing the order and then got confirmation that I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes (I had not) - certainly no option to confirm what was in my basket or the usual step of having to confirm with my bank (I wouldn't have confirmed the order for double the amount I was expecting). I tried to stop or cancel the order immediately but was informed by Marleyshoes that the order had already been shipped. Nonsense!
The shoes took weeks to arrive. Marleyshoes refused to take back or exchange the second pair of shoes.
They are comfortable and attractive shoes.
However, after only 1 months of wearing, the soles of both shoes have cracked in multiple places. The shoes are unbearable and unrepairable. I have contacted Marley Shoes, who will not refund or make amends.
I would strongly advise AGAINST buying Marley Shoes.

Warning – do not buy shoes from Marley! Chinese rubbish. I should have read the reviews first!!! These websites disguise themselves as UK based companies, they make products look good quality on the website. The only thing that made me suspicious was the price, however, I failed to check. You may receive the wrong size, the quality is poor, comfort zero. Communication appropriate in that they make apologies for their mistakes and quote the returns policy, but you will not get your money back. No usable shoes and no refund - Beware!! Scam.

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals, arch support and orthopaedic. After nearly 3 weeks they arrived. Cheap looking sandals, flat with no arch support, wrong sizes.
I emailed for a refund, they apologised and asked for photos which I sent. I’ve chased for a response but it’s gone quiet.
Do not buy from this company.

I ordered on 14th April 2026, a pair of wide fit ladies shoes from this company, which claims to be a family-run business, but what arrived was a cheap plastic pair of foul-smelling, hideous shoes completely unfit for purpose. Returning them was pointless as the postage cost outweighed the value of the shoes, and despite being offered a 40% refund on 28th April 2026, I am still waiting.

This company is a complete scam in my opinion and I cannot stress enough — do not buy from this company.

What a lying theiving company this is. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM company. I bought a pair of what we thought according to their advert DESIGNED for orthotic footwear. We ordered a size 5 which they sent, but the shoes itself came up smaller than a size 5 and the material was very hard MAYBE A CHINESE SIZE 5 WHICH IS NORMALLY A SIZE SMALLER. The insole if you can call it that was a very thin hard piece of material absolutley no good for my disabled wife. One again everything looks great on there pictures, but the quality if you can call that is a disgrace. I found out this is another cheating CHINESE company not fit to be on the internet. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do accept returns at your cost. They promised me a 30% credit, but never stuck to their promise. ALL LIES !!!!!!! scam scam scam scammers

Another Chinese company scamming UK people out of their money. Poor quality useless product out right lies . Shoes are in the bin where they belong. Not that this company will care ! Shameless people

Marley shoes, how are companies like this allowed to operate and steal money from people, should be prosecuted for selling garbage like this. No response from them once they have your money, they will not send an address to return the item. Why are these companies not closed down.

Shoes not orthopaedic at all, despite them showing they were. It is only when you want to return the goods that you realise you have been scammed by a Chinese company! Marley shoes is NOT a UK family business as they describe!!

poor customer service, they state returns accepted but when you try to get in touch to do just that they ignore you. I believe this is a scam to ensure you are out of the return period so they do not have to refund you. I have sent 5 emails requesting a return of a pair of wedge sandals and had no response from them. The order was for EU size 39 they sent EU40. I have since read after looking deeper into this company that they do this regularly. These shoes were not cheap in all Marley shoes owe me over £40 quid GBP. Do not buy from this website,

They say they are a small family run company, they have told me many times i am a valued customer. I ordered three pairs of shoes. I am reviewing my foot wear following an operation so it is very important to me. I ordered 12th Feb 2026. I got the order 22nd March. Two pairs are ideal. The third pair of trainers are awful. At least one size too small and with a plastic sole with no grip at all.
Now despite my emails i am being ignored. Fat chance of a refund or replacement or an alternative.
Sad face.

Ordered from Marley BEFORE looking at Trustpilot! Don't often make this mistake. Shoes took weeks to arrive. I was getting emails to review them well before they got here. They were relatively expensive £44 - something like that. Fortunately I bought them to wear inside, with one particular skirt, and they will probably be ok for that. I don't think they're strong enough to wear outside. Or for long. They are more like slippers than shoes. Very flimsy uppers. I will not get caught out again!

False advertising! amazing website that specialises in orthopaedic footwear… but all your getting is an order from Temu/Ali Express. I actually found them for sale on Ali Express for £6.59 😡

I wasn’t even made aware they were coming from china- they are very poor quality and look nothing like the image on Marley shoes website!
