I purchased two pairs of shoes costing me just over £60. My husband tried them on and said that they were like walking on pieces of wood the soles were so hard. I contacted Marley and was given a 30% refund and told to use that money to go to shoemenders. I have been to shoemenders and they can't do anything so thought I would give them to my dad. In the end my dad and 4 other men tried these shoes and all said they were unfit for purpose as like walking on wood - the worst pair of shoes they had all tried. Marley won't do anything about it as I had a 30% refund. Absolutely shocking as at this time I cannot afford to lose £60.

Poor poor quality, NOT UK based, you NEVER get your refund, they steal your money. Unethical, despicable company. How they are allowed to trade baffles me. I have been fighting for 3 months to get my money back after sending product back. Shocking dishonest company. They take your money with no intent of providing the product shown or any refunds.

Shoes I ordered are not suitable for me. The email address I previously used for them, the same one on their website, is no longer valid! 2 recent emails have bounced back! Don't buy because if you want to return the shoes you won't be able to!

BEWARE!!!!! Not a UK company . They supply shoddy goods from China.
The items bear no resemblance to the advertised product.
NO CHANCE OF REFUNDS, THEY DID REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT, They require me to pay return postage( £20+) for an item that if only fit to bin. LEFT HAND UPPER ATTACHED TO RIGHT HAND SOLE. 20 emails later, still awaiting a solution !!!!

This is company is selling fake goods of very poor quality. They are avoiding my requests for a refund. These shoes are not orthopedic and are rock hard underfoot. Do not buy.

Wish I had checked here first false advertising with trustpilot on their website.
Thought i was getting UK delivery, it was not until i enquired as where it was and asked to cancel and have a refund that my package had been already dispatched that day! Did arrive quality was awful. Went to return to discover it cost a few pounds less than id paid so didnt bother!

DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT BUY From this fake horrible company. They Should be shut down is a TOTAL SCAM! The reviews on their website are false. They portray themselves as UK company. When in Fact the shoes are cheap nasty crap from China. They don’t fit me, they smell of chemicals and are the worst material. I tried to cancel as soon as I ordered but they claimed they had shipped already. LIES as I hadn’t received a confirmed order email at that point. Shoes are the worst quality I have ever ever seen. I will now attempt to get a refund. And I will do everything to get my refund. Terrible fraudulent company! And they falsely represent Trust Pilot as they claim they are rated on Trust Pilot as Excellent. This is false and Trust Pilot should take legal action against them for misrepresentation of their brand. This is why people are purchasing because they are using a FAKE image of themselves on Trust Pilot. I have written to Trust Pilot to make them aware. Let’s hope they do something about it.

I oreded a pair of shoes from this company. I foolishly believed the reviews and if the shoes did not fit I could return them.
I have been waiting 2 weeks for someone to get back to me on how I can return them.
I feel a complete fool.
Do not buy from this company.

Just to update still waiting for reply from this site . DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY ARE NOT REAL. I did receive a reply saying they would replace the shoes free of charge. That was over a week ago . Still waiting

I bought 3 pairs from them and when they arrived dreadful quality. Asked for return details turned out to be an address in China spent £29 to post back start of September emailed several times looking for refund came home tonight to find the parcel returned to my doorstep.
Very strange they disappeared off my Facebook account after I purchased from them .

Shocking quality. Also sent the wrong colour and wrong size.

Stinky, tiny, plastic trainers, no orthopedic arch support as advertised, came from China despite declaring UK company. Absolute rip off at "half price" of £40...

Dreadful, appalling shoes and appalling service. Don't waste your money, I'm still waiting for a refund after nearly 6 months and no one responds to emails.

Awful footwear and awful non service, still awaiting refund months down the line and they do not respond. Shocking!!

My wife bought some sandals from this company and when they arrived they were not leather as stated and were flimsy plastic (leather look alike!) She emailed them 3 times ...no reply. NEVER AGAIN!
£29.99 down the drain.

Haven’t been able to get a refund for shoes which don’t fit. Have emailed multiple times but have received no reply after being asked why I wanted to return shoes. AVOID AT ALL COST!

This business is a scam. They sent me the wrong size (not the size I ordered), and then refused to refund or allow me to return them. They ignored me, and then asked me for photographic proof of the size I had been sent. I produced the proof. But by this point they had declared my email address to be SPAM--so I cannot even contact them. I see that many people have had similar experiences--is there nothing we can do to get redress?

PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I received my order 29/06/2023 and I must say the shoes and sandals were shocking. shoddy workmanship and the quality was terrible. the leather sandals definitely weren't leather as advertised and the heels were a different colour. I have been emailing them to complain and get a refund. still ongoing.
