Just received my order today. What a load of rubbish!
I’m going to burn mine as they are not fit for anyone to wear. The most expensive bonfire fuel ever. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Incredibly poor quality, more materials and workmanship.

Wish like most on here that I had read the reviews first. Totally not fit for purpose and as soon as they were delivered the site blocked you . One call to the credit card company and two days later I got a full refund 😂

1star only because there isn’t a zero! Wish I’d read the other reviews before ordering - terrible service and no shoes delivered. No response from customer service. This is not a family run British company as promoted- AVOID!

Bad quality and why did u add glitter it didn’t show that and everything is so bad quality so many people got scammed by this bad company I didn’t get a tracking and i waited so long for this scam never by this

Ordered 3 pairs at a total cost of £80 as says they are leather, was told order was delayed due to a 'Lunar Holiday' so asked to cancel as would arrive too late, they then said no as they were already dispatched, arrived over a week later and they are really really cheap looking shoes, I have requested a refund several times but they just fob me off and now looks like they have blocked my email address as get bounce backs, is there any way they can be reported?

I am very careful normally but seemed to have been totally scammed, this seemed a UK website, spent £32+ on shoes only to see on tracking they were coming from China! Had strange emails about Lunar New Year and delays but dates were before I had even ordered them, when they finally arrived they were broken cheap and awful quality . Emails bounced back until a customer feedback one , they replied asking for photos then no replies , Please avoid these Chinese con artists like the plague.

Just received my order the shoes are rubbish supposed to be leather but are a cheap imitation. They are poorly made and an dreadful fit . If I could I would give a minus score.
No point trying to return as previous reviews show it's a waste of time.
Avoid Marley shoes like the plague.

Congratulations Marley Shoes on owning the worst feedback in history. The shoes arrived (eventually) they looked ridiculous, and really poor quality and nothing like the images in the listing. They went straight into the trash

I ordered a pair of boots. No correspondence from the seller. Eventually I received a non-existent tracking number which did not reveal any tracking information. (Just wondering whether anybody else had the same number UK987276774YP, order No. 25097?) I sent numerous messages to the seller, which call themselves Marley Shoes, as well as Shoes Marley and even Marely shoes on their sites, in search of my missing order. In return I was supplied with a fraudulent statement of the parcel delivery on Sunday 17.15. My door camera did not register the Spirit of Marley. What surprises me is that Facebook, which is supposed to check the sellers' credentials and protect its users, lets this fraudster advertiseon the FB platform. It is not just the money I lost, I also lost respect for the FB.

I would warn anyone to never use this company. Product is poor, cheap, plastic materials. Refunds are impossible to get with many many emails and they make the process extremely difficult and impossible. I got conned. Please be aware.....

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son who has a disability and they were for his wedding.
Unfortunately they did not fit him and as advised I contacted the seller to return them.
I was amazed to be told that I have to pay for the return especially as they have to be returned to China which cost me £14. I the shoes took nearly a month to arrive and it’s nearly a month since I returned them. I have tracked them and it says waiting for payment with the carrier. I have messaged the seller and they didn’t know what it meant but now they are saying it means I’ve got to pay taxes !!!!!!!
There is no mention of this on their policy. I’m going contact trading standards. DO NOT BUY FROM MARLEY SHOES

Oh Dear, I’m so careful usually but it appears I got scammed by the company Marley s shoes! Everything was so odd about the whole experience if I’m honest, and nothing makes any sense when you receive tracking up dates, order numbers, costs and dates and duration of holiday closures at the company. I’m just turning a negative experience into a positive, as it could have been so much worse than a £26 and never ending wait for poor quality goods. My feet are worth more! Avoid MarleyShoes and marley n me are no longer friends! Go to Clark’s or pavers!

Another con from China. When ordering, the site said a family run business and implied from Italy. Get lies when chasing my order. Tracking says still awaiting collection 10days after ordering. They say in transit. I do try to avoid buying anything from China but it is getting very difficult. They are so good at camouflage.

If there was a zero rated I would be happy to do it.
I ordered two pairs for myself and my husband
The shoes have no label or size.
The shows are fake leather and appear to be made from plastic.
They parcel arrived wrapped in bundle wrap and cheap plastic .
I have sent email to request a refund I was told to send them pictures of the shoes and the returning address is in China
despite advertising as UK.
I am so disappointed in the service.
I’m supposed to pay for returns and handling fees
How low can some businesses go?

I ordered orthopaedic trainers which took 2 months to arrive. They're made of a plastic type material with a dreadful chemical smell. Not leather. Tried them on - supposed to be a size 41 but a little tight. The soles are also plastic so no grip and I can't risk a fall. I have emailed the company but no response so will donate them to a charity shop.
