i had horrible experience with M&S car insurance. they need to improve their service for sure. wouldn't recommend.

I am so annoyed at my recent 2 underwear purchases were simply below average. The ladies briefs sold by M&S in the past have been amazing and known for quality. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. The briefs stretch over a couple of months and the cotton comes unstitched and my recent bra purchase I thought was amazing I bought 3 colours but low and behold the bras underwire on one cup has come away and sticking in and the cotton work is also unraveling.
I really don’t know where to go for anything of quality anymore unless it’s high priced.

Had an amazing experience with Marks and sparks car insurance. Price was competitive, so I went for it. However after I had paid for the year up front which in itself was tough, hoping to save some pennies for food over the year, they say I didn't mention a claim on my policy, one that wasn't my fault and had cctv to prove it. They then upped my car insurance by over 100 pounds more. How lovely. Well needless to say, the price was no longer competitive and I was no longer in the mood to have them as my Insurers. I asked for a refund, well within my 14 days cooling off period, but they said as my policy does not start till August 28th, I will have to wait 7 or 8 days after that time to receive a refund?! So now I am without insurance and without the money to afford any other car Insurance. So I will be walking 20 miles to walk come end of August. Can you Imagine the stress this has caused at home? Disgusting.

Why pay millionaires like Dawn French Jennifer Saunders and Ian Wright to advertise your products on TV?. People are struggling to make ends meet in the current crisis.

Only ordered tea and a currant teacake. I had eaten the teacake and enquired as to where my drink was. The assistant couldn't look any less bothered and said it would be on its way. Considering people who came in after me got their orders before me and as a complete order, not the best service.

Went to M & S in Bluewater to buy a new suit for my daughters Graduation. All the 'normal' priced ones, ie, under £200 were creased on the rails, both jacket and trousers. Took the suit to the checkout to ask why they were all like that to be told, and I quote 'that's what is there, do you want to but it'!! I took the jacket, took photos and ordered the trousers in a different size, hoping they would come in un-creased. Tried to iron out the creases in the jacket but not all would come out. The trousers arrived, even worse! Couldn't wear it so had to wear my current old work suit. Took the suit back and ordered a different one. This one arrived promptly, .... still creased!! Have always had suits from M&S for their quality. Quality of these now, as well as the customer service is disgraceful.

Just absolutely embarrassingly awful. It honestly is like somebody has let a bunch of school leavers unattended in the contact center. Your dealing with rude and obnoxious people whose intelligence is certainly Limited, yet have amazingly high levels of arrogance and ignorance. Avoid all costs as truly this will drive you to despair trying to in deal with the garbage that they call staff. I'm trying to cancel my policy and so far I've placed it almost two hours doing something so basic because they are so incapable of dealing with it.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Swapped to them recently and really regretting it. Declined cover for my cat (who had to be PTS after a lot of expensive treatment for which we believed we were covered) Reason given was out cat showed changes to his health or behavior prior to the policy starting which is completely untrue as he has never been ill, been diagnosed with anything or had any treatment for anything previously and prior to this has only been to the vet for routine jabs and worming. Disgusted with this company and would like to warn anyone considering using them to avoid like the plague. We will be going to the ombudsman but would like to save anyone else we can this trouble.

Went for bra fit at braehead store,met the lovely Paulina and Pauline who made me feel so at ease,the girls know their stuff and we had a laugh definitely highly recommend these girls,got 2 bras which fitted great.

Just spent over 40 minutes speaking to various random help lines in South Africa in an attempt to find and view a sofa bed in the UK.
Apparently Marks and Spencer’s are FAR to important to speak to their customers any more.

The flowers arrive on time and in great condition. They are such good value for money.

Today bought from Marks & Spence a count on us cottage pie, have to say worst ever cottage pie have ever tried. No flavour very bland, grisle minced beef and definitely not worth buying will not use M/S again for ready made meals considering they are supposed to sample all they sell.

I purchased an item online which I received. It cost me £18.00 but on the packaging the price was £15.00. I emailed customer services and asked why and received no reply. I email them again and ask why they hadn't replied and they gave me a tel No and asked that I ring them. The telephone number was a fax machine. It seems after sales service doesn't really happen any more.

I have never made an insurance claim before. Whilst I paid the vet up front and the claims ran over a few weeks M&S leapt into action and the balance less my excess was refunded quickly and without fuss. I have yet to understand what this means for next years premium but at this stage I cannot fault the service

Placed an order online fo bedding paid for this order by credit card
When order arrived each item had price on it
to my horror I found I had been overcharged by £24-50
The price on line was £24-50 higher
The number to contact by M@S was a 0333 premium number probably in a china call centre
The person I spoke to did refund the £24-50 to my account plus a telephone call refund of£2-60
But why was I unable to speak to a complaint at M@S in England and why is m@s profiteering on customers
It is now 5days since my order was placed online
Still missing two pillows amounting to £15 no answers from Marks and Spencer
No info from courier they are using ex Hermes now called Evri

I purchased a car insurance policy for a fair price back in May. Price was competitive and was happy with what was covered.
I then got a better policy through my work so contacted M&S to cancel. The advisor was very helpful and cancelled my policy (given it wasn’t due to start for another month). I was told I would be receiving a refund of my deposit, but for some reason they couldn’t access the funds and I’d have to wait a maximum of 8 calendar days after my policy was due to start to receive the money. I thought this was a bit odd but went ahead with the cancellation.
As I expected, that deadline has come and gone and no money in my account. It’s a decent sun of money and I’m not impressed that they’re still holding on to it.
I contacted the Twitter team who gave me a number to call but I couldn’t get through. I have now contacted my bank to raise a dispute for the funds that are still missing.
