I was a bit nervous about selling my bike online but Marcus has great communication, mainly replying at the end of his working day. He helped me through the whole process of selling my Brompton bike to him and he offered a fair deal. I was sad to see the bike go but wasn't getting any use out of it, so wanted to make sure it was appreciated! I had to send it by courier, which Marcus also helped me with and it all went smoothly - really glad I found his shop/website. Would highly recommend.

I was recommended Marcus from a friend. I went online, saw the bike and contacted him on WhatsApp. Ordered it via fast delivery and the the bike arrived after 1 day in excellent conditions and serviced.
Great experience and fantastic response time via WhatsApp.

When I contacted him, he was extremely helpful and informative and provided a faultless professional service. The bike is a stunning example and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Marcus to my friends and family.

Marcus was great throughout the whole process, gave a fair valuation and speedily sent along the box for the courier service. When I couldn't figure out how to pack up the bike in the box he talked me though the process and what tools would be required in this case which was very helpful. Courier picked up the bike with no hassle.

Wonderful service. I had a pre-Covid neglected road bike, that was restored to its former glory without any fuss and at a staggeringly good price, in a matter of a couple of days. Already have another two of the kids bikes lined up for service.

I’ve bought 1 bike, and sold two bikes to Marcus over the past few years, and he couldn’t make it simpler. Messaged him photos, we agreed on a price, and I biked it over to his workshop. Saved me needing to faf about with marketplace/etc, and he gave fair prices.

I wanted to buy a Brompton bike for my son in London, whilst I am working abroad - Marcus was very helpful and made the process as uncomplicated as can be. The bike was well priced and in excellent, as new condition.

Marcus gave me confidence to buy one his excellent Bromptons (this one a used A Line in great condition). He was informative and friendly, letting me test ride the bike and showing me how to fold and unfold it. Within half an hour I was driving home with my purchase in the boot. I would buy again from marcusbikes anytime. Superb.

I sold my Brompton to Marcus’ Bikes and the process could not have been easier! After filling out a simple online form, Marcus got in touch with me via WhatsApp and requested pictures of the bike. He was professional, friendly, offered me a deal that was fair to both of us, and I was able to drop off the bike that afternoon (they also offer collection for an additional fee). In the space of one day, I had handed over my bike and received the funds- job done. If you’re looking to sell your Brompton and make the process easy, I couldn’t recommend this shop more.
