Great service, was so seamless and easy to sell my Brompton and they offered a competitive price for age and wear.

Was selling relative's Brompton for sister-in-law after bereavement. Didn't want hassle of online market places. Found Marcus bikes on internet and followed straightforward procedure on their website for getting a quote. Happy with the two offers - deliver to shop or courier pickup. Decided to drop at shop, where everything went smoothly, money transferred immediately. Very happy with service. Thank you, Marcus!

Sold my Brompton to Marcus bikes. Lovely people and easy to navigate process. Bike was picked up by an Uber driver and money in my account within minutes of it arriving with them.

I was looking for a Brompton P Line so when one appeared on FB marketplace I was initially a little scam wary. However, after checking the website and speaking to Marcus himself I felt rest assured that this was all genuine and above aboard. Anyway I got a deposit down and rest is history. Bike is exactly as described, I also paid to have the advance rear roller frame added which is all good. Saved a good chunk off new and very happy with the price and communication from Marcus. Thanks again.

I recently traded in my Brompton at Marcus Bikes. I was offered a very good price and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Easy transaction with contact via WhatsApp - offered me an excellent price and arranged collection by courier. Would recommend!

Website clearly set out the process for buying second hand Brompton. The response to the enquiry was prompt as per the website.
Marcus is someone you can trust; I delivered the bike while he was busy with other customers and he said he’d pay the agreed sum later that day which he did two hours later.

I sold my Brompton CHPT3 for an excellent price. The bike was picked up on time by courier and payment was in my account as the bike was delivered to the shop. It was an easy transaction and heaps better than navigating the strains of eBay and Facebook market place.
Thanks so much.

Awesome service from Marcus, very happy with the bike purchased. Win win all round, thanks Marcus Bikes.

I sold my Brompton to Marcus’ Bikes. I got a fair price considering its age and the process was easy. Marcus and his team are friendly and helpful.

Marcus Bikes made it effortless with great communication and an immediate bank transfer payment transaction when I decided to sell my Brompton S6L. After sending a few up to date pics I was offered a very fair and realistic price for my Brompton. Finding Marcus Bikes shop and the on street parking outside made the sale very easy. As soon as you enter their shop you know that they are genuinely passionate about everything cycling, the whole selling experience was great and I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to buy or sell a bike.

From my first contact with them to taking home my bike, Marcus and his team were superb.
Excellent communication, quick to deal with my queries, and I'm now the owner of a fabulous well serviced 2nd hand Brompton (with warranty) through the cycle2work scheme.
I found the hardest part of the transaction was understanding how the cycle2work scheme actually worked and Marcus was so helpful in making that a straightforward process too.
Deposit paid, and then when my cycle2work voucher came through, this was returned within minutes.

All in all an absolutely superb company that I will definitely use again in the future, and that I have no hesitation in recommending.

I had an excellent selling experience with Marcus’ Bikes. A good price was offered after exchange of photos of my bike and the collection and payment process was easy and quick. Recommended!

Would recommend Marcus bikes. After the courier picked the bike up, as arranged. The agreed monies arrived in my bank the next day. Marcus, at my request, forwarded just a £1 to ensure my bank details was correct.
Smooth process start to finish.
Thank you

They are always very helpful and very clear about all that is going on with the service bikes - and they give you options to follow.
Im always happy to come and see them.

I was also given options to get it to them. Overall, I was extremely happy and got the result I wanted in the timeframe I wanted. I would highly recommend.

I couldn’t fault Marcus and his team from start to finish. They were highly professional and truly put the customer first. The transaction was quick and seamless. Marcus was genuinely a breath of fresh air to deal with.

Excellent service and fair price received. even provided some VAT advice which led to a lost sale but retained a customer. will certainly use again.
