Got the manual I wanted the next day. Excellent.
One week later an unauthorised payment of £136 was, fortunately, blocked by my bank. Now I have to wait for a new card and pin number so very inconvenient.

Hopeless. I requested a manual for a kit and they charged me for a tiny part of the manual and not the full version I paid for. Avoid

Unfortunately the Manual was only 2021 and as I specifically asked for the manual that covered the Ford Puma GenE all electric which came out in 2024 it is interesting but fortunately I found that Ford do allow you to download the current manual for free so I have only wasted 0-95 Euro

The manual for my Olivetti typewriter arrived without delay and I have printed it. It is exactly what I needed and will help me to activate the machine

They did the same to us, charged £0.89 for a manual we didn’t receive then a week later tried to take 2 x £131 from my bank. Luckily I spotted them and the bank has stopped the payment and blocked them from trying to take any more.
If it’s happened to you get help from your bank.

BE AWARE of terms & conditions on this site. I requested a copy of a single page installation manual for a nominal fee of 0.95 euros, and found I was charged 0ne week later with a 149.99 euro subscription fee - which then threatened to be charged every 2mths! Don't bother trying to ring their telephone no - it responds 'uncontactable'. Nothing illegal but questionable business practice.

These people are crooks. I paind 85 p for a manual, then without my permission, they tried to take another £133.00. from my account. Fortunately, my bank declined the payment

It took some days to get the manual. In the meantime I didn´t got some informations for the delay.
But everything ok.

Thank you for the manual. But we did not get what we wanted. We are ordinary householders at No 1 Toppers Close Swindon and simply wanted easy to follow user instructions to operate our Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler. We want to get the best from our relatively new boiler (installed in 2023) and want to learn how best to do it. The instructions provided are ill-equipped to do this. Please could you find some more suitable instructions? If Worcester Bosch do not have such instruction for us them shame on them because they are letting their customers down. It is also short-sighted of them to neglect their customers who want to make best use of their boilers. I dare say no one will ever read this feedback, but here's hoping that someone does and takes some action to help. Please help if you can. Yours sincerely John Fice
PS 5 days later on 18 Jan my credit card processed a payment for £149.99 Euros which I never requested or approved. It's a scam and I have been ripped off
