Within a couple of days manuals guru had located a suitable operating manual for a 2007 Mercedes Viano 350 V6 . The manual in English was just what I was after as my vehicle , an import from Japan , did not have any info with it . Downloading the manual ( all 300 pages ! ) was easy and I saved over £30.00 compared to taking a chance on a second hand paper copy via another well known on line retailer. Fantastic service.

What a con bought a manual gor 83p the hot an invoice for a subscription which was not highlighted at the time and o cooling off period was given no e mails were received re this subscription only a charge was made it also took them a few days to find the manual and that was only after I said I didn't want the manual as they had taken too long to find it.

The site charges pence for a manual even if it's not the right one. BUT then takes an unauthorised ('SUBSCRIPTION') payment of EUR 149.99 which was nowhere mentioned when the manual was ordered. Perhaps the business model is that a % of users do not notice the unauthorised payment(s)?

They supplied a manual download for an item which we received but were unable to assemble or use.
Thanks to this company they supplied very promptly the missing information and we were able to assemble and use.

The manual delivered only cost £0.84. However it had many pages where the pdf had not worked correctly, so it was not really useful enough to use. I found a different manual through an alternative route.

But my main concern was the hidden in small print membership where the Company tried to charge me over £ 130, a couple of weeks later. Luckily this was spotted and stopped by my card company. Not a good way to work or retain customers. I would not use this company again.

A SCAM 😡😡 Unfortunately I let my guard down on this one as I was so delighted to find some long lost instructions. A nominal charge for the download, then a week later I found they’d taken over £130 as ‘subscription’ No where did it say on the website what the subscription would be. Fortunately I got the money back.

Great pricing and very prompt service. I received my manual in one day. No hidden surprises, very simple process. I will use again no doubt.

Nothing happened! I paid my money, waited for the manual and nothing came except for a 'sign in' email which I completed, but still no manual.

Don't trust iy when they've said they've found your manual. They show you a foggy image - which could be anything. Then when you've paid it's not there.

I was unable to find a manual any where for my parts washer within 2 weeks manualsguru found it for me for which I am extremely grateful.
