The company has excellent customer…

The company has excellent customer service. I like the way the eye cups can be moved around to fit your face and they are well made. They were a little stiff for me, I returned them with fantastic customer service. If they had a softer eye pad, I would definitely purchase again.

User error corrected diligently

When I made my very first order with Manta Sleep, I input the wrong address (entirely user error), but the review page made my error clear as day and made the confirmation number obvious and easily copied. I wrote an email to their easily found support email right before I went to bed and was informed before I went to sleep that the correction had been input, but that they were keeping my issue open in case of a sync issue. They confirmed before I awoke that it'd been fixed, and I was able to see the same upon review.

I’ve been using a Manta Sound mask for two years

I’ve been using a Manta Sound mask for two years, and it’s been such a great tool to help me regulate my sleep schedule. I recently ordered a different item from Manta and mistakenly selected the wrong product. The customer service team was so very kind and helpful to me, they solved my problem and treated me so well. So not only does this company have amazing products, they also employ amazing people. I’ll keep being a loyal customer for sure!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. When you pay over $200 for a sleep mask (I purchased the Sound sleep mask) you would expect significantly better customer service to support that price tag.
Unfortunately my 3 month old mask stopped working suddenly. Despite being within the warranty period, I cannot get a response from customer service to process my claim - it’s been ~ 3 frustrating weeks of restless sleep.
Truly a shame because I loved the product but lack of customer service means I refuse to recommend this product and will not purchase again.

I love the product, customer service is a zero

I’ve reached out to Manta’s customer service four times and have yet to receive a response. I even tried contacting them via Instagram to see if that would help, but still no luck. I really hate to write a negative review because I initially loved the product and would have recommended it. However, it should not be this difficult to get in touch with someone, especially when customer satisfaction is part of what you advertise. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can’t recommend Manta anymore.

Manta weighted sleep mask

Got the weighted mask and what a colossal waste of money.

2 skinny straps that cut in to your head/ears. The mask constantly squashing your nose, constantly trying to fall down and off your face because of... gravity....

This mask is utter trash.

Went back to the $5 chemist sleep mask.....

Why wait when you could have great sleep today?

I’ve been on the fence about getting a Manta mask because of the price but I finally got mine and hoped I’ve gotten it earlier. I hate any sort of lights when sleeping and this mask sure does its job, I have no issues sleeping on my side with my Pro Mask. Hands down the best sleep mask I’ve ever owned.

Also, the most wonderful customer service that helped me to sort a shipping issue. Great product and great company!

Try it. Just try it. Manta Mask Pro and White Noise Machine. First night fell asleep so fast, woke up rested, and able to go back to sleep fast, again, and again. Manta Pro mask and white noise Machine = banger combo. Have tried the Manta mask, weighted, cool, Pro, Bluetooth, and the Pro is my favorite thus far. Just tried the white noise machine. Loving it so far. Just be careful not to blast it too loud, or it will keep you awake. Put your Manta mask on, hold the remote, and find that "sweet spot" (the right "noise" and volume settings). Would recommend. Will buy again & again

Can’t recommend this company

I purchased a corporate order of the Manta Sleep Bundles for my team. I’ve had nothing but trouble dealing with this company. Firstly their website doesn’t let you order more than 5 bundles at a time. I had to place seperate orders which triggered a fraud warning on their end. After several rounds of partial refunds for them to determine if I was a real customer and more than 8 emails back and forth with their customer service team who gave an assurance the products would arrive in time - they have not arrived. I am now turning up to my team celebration as a CEO without end of year gifts for a very hard working team who are flying across the Country for this event. Dealing with this business has been an utter shit show and I would not recommend especially for large orders!!! I can’t review the masks - because they haven’t arrived.

To clarify what happened: the delay began with a sync issue in our fulfillment system that prevented your orders from being processed immediately. Once we identified the issue, we reshipped everything via express, but the courier network has been heavily congested from the Black Friday and Cyber Monday surge, which unfortunately pushed the delivery timeline even further.

Two of your orders are now set to be delivered on Dec 10, and the remaining order is scheduled for Dec 11. We’ve also sent you a direct email with a solution to help make this right, including ensuring your team members will still receive their gifts even after the event.

I will happily change my review when…

I will happily change my review when they actually start replying. I ordered a sleep mask with the free holiday reset kit on November 19th. It is currently December 8th and I haven't received any product. After contacting them about this and sending multiple screenshots they have stopped replying and now I am wondering if I should do a chargeback or what because i am getting zero communication and what was meant to be a proactive Christmas gift is now looking like it won't even show up at all, let alone on time for Christmas. I was recommended Manta by a friend and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone moving forwards.

It is a scam most likely

It is a scam most likely, I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 months. They claim to send it twice but the delivery info on these tracking details look quite fishy and it never updates. I asked for a refund multiple times and they stopped replying. Don't waste your money on them.

An illegal returns policy you'll lose sleep over!

***UPDATE: Manta contacted me directly and refunded my order and apologised for their stance on returns.***

I ordered a sleep mask with Bluetooth earphones from Manta Sleep after reading the product page and being reassured by the prominently advertised “60-day no-fuss returns” trial.

Within 24h of purchase I realised the product wasn’t for me and contacted support to return it. I was then told that because I bought during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion, the item was “final sale” and not eligible for return... despite the 60-day trial being presented as a core part of the offer!!

Ths isn’t just frustrating and immoral, it's contrary to UK consumer law. In the UK, sale pricing doesn’t remove consumer rights, and a retailer can’t rely on “final sale” wording to override those rights. When I explained this and asked for the legal basis for refusing a refund, I was offered no meaningful resolution unless the product was defective, and after I pushed back, communication stopped altogether.

If a major promotion genuinely changes the trial/returns policy, that needs to be unmissable and transparent at the point of sale, not introduced only after a customer asks to return something or hidden in fine print, and not in a way that conflicts with consumer protections.

I was considering buying this product for months and wanted to love the product, and maybe it works great for others, but the support experience and shifting goalposts has made this a deeply frustrating purchase. At the time of writing I have still had no response from customer support...
