Compré un grifo para el baño, lo envían desde Francia con GLS, la agencia lo pone como " entregado" nunca lo he visto.Contacto con Mano mano y me atiende por chat una joven, al cabo de un rato me llega un correo diciendome lo mismo que yo le había dicho, para eso no me molesto.Que espere 48 h ( días laborables) a que contacte conmigo la página Kalimo.ES donde lo compre.Una empresa sin atención telefónica es muy poco digna de confianza.Afortunadamente pagué con Pay Pal que sí es una empresa de confianza y en caso de no recibir mi.pedido me devolverá el dinero.Decepcionada con esta tienda, no volveré a comprar, no se responsabilizan de nada y los plazos son inasumibles.Pésima atención.

Éviter ce site est la meilleure des solutions, cela vous évitera les problèmes avec eux et surtout une perte d’argent….

Quand le produit que je cherche se trouve sur MANO MANO je n'hésite jamais, car jamais déçue. Si produit non conforme vous en recevez un nouveau avec les excuses du site. Cela m'est arrivé une fois et le commerçant en cause a du m'en expédier un conforme sans que je sois obligée de ramener l'autre produit. Il s'agissait d'une plante rose du désert. Depuis je leur fait entièrement confiance.

Bought a garden shed last month from this company and i wish i never used them. The quality of the laminated shed panels is dangerous and so poor; we cut our hands all over due to the unfinished panel cutting we were sent, with sharp edges and corners. Majority of holes were not pre-drilled and took us an extra three hours to measure and then drill them.
Instructions were pathetic, may as well not included them in the packing, just as well as same support.
They have clearly been google translated into English from whatever language and the translation on the manual must be interpreted and guessed to what it means to say.....absolutely so poor and so un-professional.
My best advice to anyone looking to use H&O Direct is to NOT do it and go for a more reliable company.
From an healthy and safety point of view the item is a hazard concern.
As soon as they collected the money, they have disappeared, contacted them many times for three different issues and they never replied to any of my 4 emails….how convenient and strategic……

Comprato un prodotto che non è risultato conforme a quanto mi aspettavo. Preciso che nelle caratteristiche non era menzionata la particolarità che mi serviva. Ebbene chiesto il reso e su €40 spesi e se ne tengono €25. Si capisce perchè non specificano tutte le caratteristiche utili nella descrizione del prodotto.
Provate a fare una recensione negativa sul loro sito la rifiutano perchè non conforme ai loro standard.

I have still not received my order yet two weeks after placing the order. Trying to resolve has been an absolute nightmare as unable to contact anyone to discuss over the phone, and have had no response by email. About to request a refund through my bank. Absolutely appalling service.

Jings, what a company. I ordered An Item for £299.99. I received confirmation and an expected delivery date between the 14th and 16th.

Sadly, I assumed the item would be delivered on those dates; silly me.

On the 16th, I received an email from the dreaded "Yodel" saying they had my parcel and would deliver it on the 20th!

I contacted Mano Mano to ask why and was assured it would be delivered by the 17th.......Not

I spoke to 2 different customer services folk who just passed the buck between the seller and the Courier....

Mano Mano is, as far as I am concerned, the people I paid for the item; they take little responsibility.

Please shop elsewhere as The service from many, many more online sources is more reliable than this lot.

Terrible attitude and very poor service, they blame everyone rather than taking ownership of their issues.

I cannot fault them, I was extremely dubious reading the reviews I had read but I ordered using a credit card for safety and had no issues at all. Customer service was great and they delivered as promised, what I had ordered at a much cheaper price than I had seen anywhere else.

Ordered 3 items. 2 received, 1 AWOL. Tracking Link doesn't work and ZERO communication from Mano Mano despite emailing twice. Not impressed.

Ho comprato più volte su questo sito, ho avuto anche qualche piccolo intoppo ma contattando l'assistenza sono riuscita a risolvere, in un caso ho ricevuto il prodotto rotto e mi è stato totalmente rimborsato non appena l'ho fatto presente. Ho letto tante recensioni negative e mi sono meravigliata perché per me invece è uno dei migliori shop online quanto a rapporto qualità prezzo, ultimo acquisto un paio di mesi fa un attaccapanni da parete pagato 25,00€ che in altri negozi online ben più blasonati era in vendita a 39,90€, arrivato perfetto, con tutti i pezzi, montato, caricato di roba fin dal primo momento e tutt'ora stracarico dato che la primavera è un'utopia. Non me ne frega assolutamente nulla se ci mette 5 giorni ad arrivare invece di uno, preferisco risparmiare 15,00€ e tenere i giacconi buttati su una sedia per una settimana in più ma capisco che ognuno abbia le proprie priorità.

End January I ordered from M M France. Little did I know that they sub contracted to a company in Italy. Transport by DPD never arrived and then DPD returned produ t without notification action. Throughout MM kept telling me as their client to contact Italian Company or transport company. They were unwilling to stand up as sellers to meet EU rules on selling. Eventually reimbursed me 20 March. Very poor showing for a company of their stature.

Impossible de faire livrer mon achat. Le transporteur chargé de me livrer un colis commandé sur MANO MANO affirme à chaque programmation de livraison que je suis absent pour la réception alors que je suis présent (5 ou 6 tentatives). Il ne m'a jamais contacté. La plate-forme SOBRICO qui semble gérer le transporteur m'a donné un numéro pour le contacter. Pas de réponse après 16 appels. J'ai donné un avis sur le site Mano Mano, sévère, circonstancié et poli...qui a été jugé "non conforme" aux règles internes pour être publié. C'est insoluble.

Acquistato scrivania ad angolo „Ben“ Sonoma/Bianco Vicco. I fori delle viti e degli innesti sono di uno o due millimetri non allineati tra le parti.
Risultato: spazi d'aria tra il piano e le spallette;
da una parte si vede il truciolato;
il cassetto non è a squadra;
le guide del cassetto di materiale scadente.
Ottimo e ben curato invece l'imballaggio.
Pessima esperienza nel complesso.
Peccato non poter aggiungere le foto del prodotto assemblato.
Non ho chiesto il reso perchè purtroppo avevo urgenza della scrivania e non avrei potuto fare altrimenti.

Propose une offre sur batterie solaire JACKERY 500w et panneau solaire solar saga 100w à 605 euros au lieu de 945 sur google shopping avec bien la société MANO MANO comme vendeuse.
Le problème, c'est que le lien renvoie bien sur le site de M M, mais la promotion n'existe pas.
J'interroge le consultant on line, qui ne cessait d’apparaître, pour ... ne jamais avoir de contact.
A ce stade, mieux vaut laisser tomber directement.
