I had no adverse experiences dealing with Mannys, hence a solid thumbs up

Just a regular customer leaving an honest review. My experience with Windsor branch was pretty disappointing, especially with online ordering and price matching. What should’ve been simple ended up wasting two days with slow email replies and unanswered calls. Can’t speak for the other branches, but I’d probably go somewhere else next time.

Nice experience dealing with the staff member at Manny's music.

The service was exceptional. I went looking for a birthday present for my son and found the website to be extremely well laid out which made it a breeze for a "non muso" like me to find what I was looking for, but the prices were also very competitive and the postage was very fast indeed.

All in all it was a great experience and I cannot rate Manny's highly enough.

Paddy was an exceptionally helpful young man, taking time to explain things to an elderly absolute novice. Still friendly and open to talk to me the following day when I called to add extras to the order. Great sense of humour and a sales person I would absolutely recommend to anyone unsure of anything musical.
The Fender acoustic guitar that Paddy arranged for me from another Manny's store arrived within 24 hours! A superb instrument. All I have to do now is learn how to play it!!!
