Extremely disappointing returns process and customer service

My partner and I recently returned one item from an order containing several products, and I am still waiting for my refund, despite having paid to return the item myself.

I have been a loyal ManCave customer for years and have spent hundreds of pounds on their products. I have always enjoyed using some of their range, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. However, this has completely changed my opinion of the company.

The returns procedure is an absolute joke and feels like something from the last century. All I wanted to do was return a single item out of several purchased, yet the process has been unnecessarily frustrating and drawn out. To make matters worse, the customer service has been extremely disappointing, with little confidence that the issue is being handled properly.

ManCave seems more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to returning an item and issuing a refund, things suddenly become a problem. Customers should not have to chase money they are rightfully owed, particularly when they have followed the returns process and paid for the return themselves.

After spending hundreds of pounds with this company over the years, I expected a far better standard of service. Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and still waiting for my money.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off the brand. I will not be purchasing from ManCave again. A company's customer service is just as important as its products, and in this case, it has fallen well below an acceptable standard.
Order No: #441572

I like the products, the scents are amazing and fresh however, I would give a full 5 star review had it not been for all the tubes that came with my Order, had split and leaked from the top so every time I squeezed the tube, it went everywhere and was wasted. No matter still love the product. Will keep Ordering

Great products and offers. Fast delivery service.

Great choice of quality products with regular deals and savings. ManCave frequently offers new products. The service is first rate.

Too early to comment on how effective the products are at the moment but every other aspect of the service from ordering to delivery was excellent 👍

I love mancave products, this was the face scrub. I'm a regular buyer on the subscription package. I wish the shipping advice gave me a bit more notice to be able to defer. But it is very easy to do.

Shower gels are pretty good, natural, nice fragrance and dont dry out my skin. Got a set of them so dont get tired of the same fragrance. Should last quite a while!

Genuinely doesn't smell or feel much different to most other Shower Gels in my opinion.

The shower gels were ok but no better than the ones I normally use and certainly not worth the money.
The scents seem great initially but are not long lasting as they imply.
Can say the shame about the aftershave. It's got a beautiful masculine, woody scent about it but the scent disappears after a few minutes. Not long lasting.
This brand is not for me, won't use again.

Product is fantastic but I was unable to cancel a subscription on your website. None of the responses worked or the links so I have ended up with £30 of product I did not need. I sti don't know if my subscription is cancelled.

Goods arrived within a damaged box and cracked lid on item, mancave did replac so no problem.Sent 2nd time in sturdier box, pity they hadn’t done that first time and then wouldn’t of had to replace.I think damage to box was done ar Ervi.

Ik vind het nog niet zo bijzonder..
3 geuren besteld en daar waar jullie mee adverteren..de heerlijke parfumgeur...
Vond ik nog al tegenvallen.

Website was easy to navigate. Items were well packaged and arrived safely.
