Wish I saw them on here before I ordered.
Horrible service and almost 2 months after I ordered still nothing. Finally got a response back when I claimed they were a fake site and I would report. The “owner” responded and said it’s a delay but no responses since. STAY AWAY

Took money but never recieved order. AVOID

Week 3 since order placed, no email received related to a dispatch, no emails answered as to the delay, won't answer the phone...

I purchased pool table cover and pool balls never received any thing no one answered the 20 emails I've sent can some one tell me how to get my money back please

Their price was by far the best,but then apparently the product was on backorder…conveniently…
Now they need all my banking information for a “refund”. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a pool table cover 3 months ago. I have sent them emails inquiring as to the status but no response and no pool table cover. Very frustrating to say the least!

Never received my order. Place is a scam. You call the number and it’s a busy tone. Do not buy!!!!! Lost out on $360.

ordered something a few weeks ago for a bday bash that’s in less then 3 weeks. i have emailed 3 times with no response. they where quick to take my money but taking their sweet time on whatever they are doing with the product. i will be calling my credit card today to report fraud. this place is not legit. and after reading the reviews it is pretty concerning. this could be a successful buisness if they ran it right.

I am still hopeful about the item, but it was ordered March 4ty, shipped March 11, but according to the tracking number, is still in preshipment with no update over a month later. Edit: Delivery now started it will be delivered by The 20th, so yes a long time, but the update makes me 100% good with my purchase!

This is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Paid for product. Never did receive it. Their website changed since then. No one to contact.

I ordered my son's christmas gift in november and still havent received it !!! Very unleashed customer and will not be buying from this company again

The neon light they sent me did not work straight out of the box... Disappointing... But after contacting customer service they refunded my money back and made it right!

The two stars is for the gift being what I asked for and actually working.

This was one of the WORST customer experiences of my life. I placed the order with plenty of time for my items to arrive before Christmas, according to their website shipping details. However, with 15 days to Christmas, I had not even received a confirmation my item shipped. When I finally got a response, they send me a UPSP link that said item had not yet been shipped, though they assured me the item would arrive in time.

Over the next 15 days I continued to follow up on the status of my package. I emailed them 10+ times, NOT ONE RESPONSE. I emailed them from the website, from other email addresses, all trying to find out where my order was. NEVER A EMAILED REPLY.

Needless to say my gift did NOT arrive before Christmas, it did not even arrive in DECEMBER. I received my gift on January 6th. At least it was the correct items and they worked, because if I needed a return I doubt I would have gotten a response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY DEADLINE IN RECEIVING THE ITEM YOU ORDERED. Also, don't bother contacting customer service, they were unhelpful and unresponsive.

I will never be ordering from this site again.

I am now two months into placing my order and haven't seen a thing. I have no response from any email inquiries and had to cancel my debit card because this site is a total SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! They appear to be based in Russia or that general area and there is nothing that can be done about this. Shame on you people!

My package was damaged and it was for a collector. Value went down.
