I have a shipment from order #109721 from 16 of December and still not received. Now is 10.02.2025
I have a shipment from order #109721 . Almost 30 days and still didn`t receive it. Status is the same 20 days already. Export parcel center Germany from 21st of December. Delivery from China will come faster...planning to return it if I dont receive it till 15-16 of January because it will arrive after I come back from my vacation. So disappointed.

Updated review - shipping takes forever but good quality floatie
Would give zero star if possible, ordered a mambo ring on 12th Oct, still haven't received my item after more than 2wks (their email said on rare occasions it will take 1-2wks, well it's already past that), reached out to support via email and also messaged in Shop app but no response. Think I've been scammed.
update (31/10): Order number MBD-2419617 and ordered it from mambobabydirect.com. Funny after I posted on trustpilot, the shipping status has been changed to "in transit" but I still haven't received it after 3wks.
update #2 (07/11) finally received the mambo ring! it was tricky getting it on my baby at first but once it's on it does exactly what its supposed to do. baby was so peaceful floating/swimming in our bathtub. changed rating to 4 stars, took one star off due to lengthy shipping time but product itself is well made!

BUYER BEWARE: deceitful company
They do not honor the return policy listed on their website. Attempted to return due to personal reasons and it was denied as they claim they only allow returns for quality related issues which is in direct contradiction to their “comprehensive 30 day” return policy on their website

Return service was horrible
Return service was horrible. I wrote a few times. Was answered once. I provided all information and pictures necessary to make a return within the 30 days but never heard back. Didn’t know exact date of help requested so I guessed but it was this summer.

Decent product. Terrible company.
The product itself is decent enough. The service is pitiful. My mother-in-law and I both ordered one by accident and they would not approve a return when I reached out about the error. Absolutely unacceptable that we allow this sham of a company to operate in the United States. Do not buy from them.

In our return policy it is clearly written that we only bear the shipping cost for the return service of quality problems, if it is the return of non-quality problems the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost by himself, and when returning the product you need to make sure that the product is unopened and unused. It would be best if we gave you the return address as well. If you still need now we can still handle the service you need, thank you very much for your understanding.

Very disappointed with my return service. I contacted Mambobaby several times, got a return approval (within the 30 day requirement) and was never given a return address.

Amazing product, I was searching everywhere for a floaty that my 2 year old could use without me holding him up. This is the only one that did. Love it.

Can't open business because of delay
I've ordered floats in May. Two of the five floats arrived. I've never seen the three other ones. I wanted to open my own business in July, but now it isn't possible... I'm very disappointed.

Customer service is responsive but they charge you for returns. I think the product itself is terrific, someone gifted this for me around the time I bought one and I ended up eating the cost of the return. I was not happy about that and the CS agent just told me they have fulfillment issues so they pass the cost along to the customer. MEHHHH
