For transparency I had to edit to reply since they replied to my original review. I have had response stating

1: the wait was six weeks for them to investigate and get back to me :this obviously isn't the case. On 29th of July I sent the concern and to date you never came back to me with final conclusion apart from when I have placed this review. We can agree thats more than 6 weeks.

2: you advised you provided refund : this is also not true, you credited my online account as point to spend in your own website. Despite asking you to offer refund of my purchase you didn't. I could ba

have gone to my bank to request this but we decided it wasn't worth the hassle. But I hope all customer understands the level of issues this company can bring on parents, deny or refund when concerns are raised .

On my last review see below, I acknowledged their products of being great as you can see below. We had one issues this year with one of the pack and we sent picture, even intimate private area of our daughter. The pad cotton from inside was coming out and kept on sticking into our daughter bits. Surprised surprised they said they would Investigate, no response after chasing apologies and they said their products factory reviewing as this has never happened and they can't replicate the issues - what a lot of nonsense. They said they will get back to me... Three month in nothing. They didn't even offer refund despite even asking. Instead gave credit in their own website. Since then we left and cancelled. Apparently their product is bullet proof in their eyes and will never admit fault and offer loyal customer exchange or refund.

One of the best product and online customer service I have had for dealing with nappies.

Their products are really good for our little one skin and though we had few leaks, they listened and advised on sizes and changed our subscription based on all options they gave us.

Email service is excellent and fast even on Sunday.

Thank you from us as family and highly recommend their services and product.

My daughter has just potty trained at 3. We have had a subscription for nappies and wipes since she was born. Fantastic customer service and the odd free gift. I cannot recommend this product enough, no nappy rash , no leaks and good for the planet. I NEVER want anymore children but if I did I would definitely be a return customer. If you can afford these nappies don’t think twice. Thanks mama Bamboo!

Misleading sizing, overnight leaks and difficult and expensive return experience. Customer services explained that the information on the website is wrong and didn't offer much help, so I will be switching to a different brand.

We hold a subscription with Mama Bamboo and have done for our one year old since birth. The service is reliable & easy to manage. You get a feel for your supply at home & can adjust your delivery with no hassle as you need.

Excellent quality, never had any problems with skin rash or leaks with these nappies, they feel soft and comfy. Plus they don't cost the earth. It's also nice to support a small local business. Last but not least, the customer service has been the same quality level as their products.

I always find that the Mama Bamboo team goes above and beyond in their customer service. I’ve had many dealings with them and always receive a helpful and quick response. Today was no different when I had a subscription issue (I forgot to change the size I needed) which was dealt with incredibly quickly and resolved without issue by Emma.

It doesn’t hurt that the products are the best on the market either! I use them for my newborn and 2yo who’s potty training. I also have the bamboo plates and I will continue to use the wipes even after my little ones are grown as they’re incredible quality.

Great service, prompt delivery

These nappies are just wonderful. They fit well (although size 4 has not been the greatest fit in comparison with the earlier ones. Size 4 pulls ups are better though!)
Compared to other bamboo nappies we’ve tried these stand up to wetting and soiling brilliantly and the surface of the nappy is strong and very absorbent. We’ve had other nappies come apart slightly leaving an itchy residue but these are great. Really recommend!

My favourite nappies of all. No nappy rash, no leaks and no nasty chemicals on baby's skin.

The product has been phenomenal, I cannot even compare to normal diapers. The website ordering experience is a little clunky but has worked fine and the team are very communicative and the order and fulfilment processes have been as expected. Great experience.

Poor experience with delivery of these nappies where they suddenly stopped bringing them to the house and instead delivered them to random stores miles away. Customer service fast to respond but weren't able to fix it. Nappies would also leak semi frequently and are very bulky.

Signed up for the newborn trial and haven’t regretted it for a second! Excellent nappies for tiny bums (our son was 6lb 10oz). Super absorbent, they fit beautifully so no leaks & they’re a decent length at the back - therefore preventing even the most explosive poonami from destroying baby gros!
The wipes are gentle on the skin but effective for cleaning up, and the nappy bags are easy to open.
Can’t recommend enough!
