I placed an order on the 24th May and, as of the 17th June, I still have not received it. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication regarding the status of my order.

I actively contacted customer services on 10th June and was told they would “reach out to the manufacturer” and get back to me. Since then, I have received no update whatsoever.

At this point, I have no idea whether my order has been dispatched, delayed, or lost. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly for basic information about an order that is already weeks overdue.

Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of customer service. I am still waiting for an update and resolution. Absolutely no communication or correspondence received from their customer services since I placed the order.

The sunglasses are fine. Exactly what I ordered, pair of Oakleys at a good price to be fair. The issue was that I ordered these on 12th May. The website said they wouldn’t be available until 24th, no problem. So I waited. No contact… So I emailed them about the delay. They responded and said they would let me know when they were being sent, but it wouldn’t be until early this week (June 1st) as there was a delay. I then emailed again on June 3rd as I still had received no confirmation. They replied with a Royal Mail delivery Tracking number and said they had already been sent.
No formal email updates, just a reply to me asking where my glasses were. If I hadn’t emailed they would have arrived on my doorstep today and I’d have known nothing about it. Not really the best service when you spend £100ish on a pair of Shades.

Excellent service. Slightly longer delay than the pre order date. When contacted customer service were quick and efficient in getting back to me with an update. Received sunglasses and really happy with them.

Dispatch was slightly longer than anticipated but followed this up with customer service and got an almost immediate response explaining the delay. This was then followed up once dispatched and the order arrived within a couple of days.

Delays can happen but really impressed with the management and communication.

I am wary of buying online but the reviews of Genuine Style were so good that I took the risk. I found their service to be as superb as the reviews had said. Kind people to talk to on the phone, my gorgeous sunglasses arrived next day, very carefully wrapped and protected. I'd paid a little extra to have the delivery before noon and requested that the delivery driver calls the bell. Everything went perfectly. It could not have gone better.
