Von der ersten bis zur letzen Minute sind wir in super Händen gewesen . Ohne Jovana hätten wir uns wahrscheinlich eher ein Zelt auf Mallorca gekauft …. Wir wären sicher verzweifelt.

I was recommended to contact MMC by an estate agent as I started thinking about buying a property in Mallorca. From my first conversation with Nicky, where she explained the process, what would be needed when and, important points to consider as I made my decision I knew I would be in good hands.

Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy were recommended to us by an experienced estate agent as we were finding the process of applying for a mortgage directly with Spanish banks a challenge. From the moment I first spoke to Tracey, one of the lovely team, I knew we were in good hands and it was such a relief to have all their help, expertise and advice. With their thorough knowledge of the market they took all our details and documentation and secured us the perfect mortgage in record time as we were facing a tough deadline. At every stage they were calm, efficient, reassuring and thoroughly professional. They were always quick to deal with any queries and liaised constantly with our estate agent, the bank and solicitor. I cannot praise them enough and I am sure that without them we would not have our dream home in Mallorca!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to be recommended Mallorca Mortgage Consultants by our estate agent after offering on a property in July 2021. From the outset we received amazing service from Nicky, Tracey & Kim. Once we had provided them with the required information they did the rest, working in tandem with our lawyer. The process was completely seamless to us back in the UK but any questions or concerns we had were addressed swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The valuation and mortgage approvals were completed very quickly and we were awed at their efficiency.

When we arrived in Mallorca this week (Sept 2021) to complete on our property, Tracey was there to support us at Notary and Bank meetings (MMC had also arranged bank account openings on our behalf). It was so reassuring to have that support. Their level of service and commitment to clients is remarkable. We cannot thank MMC enough and would highly recommend.

This is a wholehearted 100% recommendation to use MMC to get a mortgage in Spain. There is NO WAY we could have navigated the process in under two months without their valuable engagement. And you will never get financing at a cheaper rate than using MMC.

Jovana from Mallorca Mortgage was recommended highly and yet still delivered way beyond expectations. Firstly by find a better rate/deposit than expected. Secondly and most importantly, hand holding me through the entire process with timely information, responses and going above and beyond to make sure every step happened correctly (I don't think I could have turned up at the notary without her help). I cannot recommend Mallorca Mortgage highly enough. Being a non resident the process of buying a house can be very daunting but the team at Mallorca Mortgage were so helpful all the way through the process and made everything so much easier. Tracey went above and beyond to answer our questions, liaise with the bank, and make sure we knew what was happening at every stage of the process and made sure we got a great deal on our mortgage as well!

Guiding you every step of the way, the team at MMC are super helpful, and super well connected. Simplifying the bureaucracy of Spain is not an easy challenge especially for outsiders. Without a doubt I'll be calling MMC for my next mortgage!
