Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy Recenzje

We have been working with MMC to buy a property in Majorca, we had a fantastic experience with Tracy and the team from start to finish. They were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole mortgage process. What could have been a stressful process felt easy and straightforward.

Their knowledge and communication were excellent, they always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understood everything.

We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mortgage company. Excellent service from beginning to end!

Extremely helpful, trustworthy, and professional every step of the way. I’ll definitely be using and recommending MMC again! Thank you Nicky and Kim for all your help :)

We have been working again with the guys at MMC to assist us with another property purchase in Mallorca. Each time our experience is fantastic. The team are very knowledgable and experts in their chosen area. We are so lucky to be able to partner with Nicky and her team with these purchases, we have real peace of mind. It can be quite daunting with another language, but MMC make everything very simple and are extremely professional in their approach. I have no hesitation giving high praise and highly recommending Nicky and her team at MMC. Choosing MMC is a 'no brainer' for anyone considering property purchases or financial advice. Definitely our 'goto' partner

Absolute legends! From day one Tracey and her team could not have been more helpful. Happy to call and explain things when I got confused with the system and how it worked (which was often), and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much for all of your help!

I can't recommend MMC Mortgages highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication.

A special thank you to Tracey and Marta, who were both fantastic throughout what was a complex international mortgage application. They were always available to answer questions, kept me updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly with the bank, lawyers, and all parties involved to ensure everything stayed on track.

Buying a property in Spain can be stressful, but their knowledge of the process and proactive approach made a huge difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me.

Thanks to their hard work, I successfully completed the purchase of my new home in Mallorca.

If you're looking for a mortgage broker in Spain who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile, I would highly recommend MMC Mortgages. Thank you again, Tracey and Marta, for all your support!

Her knowledge and good network in the industry secured me very good deal without much need of my involvement time wise which was a huge plus. No matter what time of the day or even weekends she answered questions immediately and was a delight to work with! Couldn't be happier!

Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy were outstanding from start to finish. After being let down, last minute, by a bank, we were completely lost.

We were recommended to Mallorca Mortgage Consultancy and it was, without doubt, the best recommendation we`ve ever had.

Tracey and team were faultless. Even from the initial introductory call with Tracey, we knew we were in safe hands and was reassured, by her confidence, that obtaining a mortgage wouldn't be a problem.

They are extremely helpful every step of the way, thorough and know their profession. Explaining everything in an easy to understand way, even attending any important meetings etc.

I wouldn´t hesitate in recommending them, regardless of whether you´re struggling to get a mortgage, or not, as they take all the stress and hassle out of everything.

We obtained our offer in less than 4 weeks and have now completed on our property. All thanks to Tracey and team.

They are very professional and efficient. Mallorca based but work all over Spain. Just got my mortgage via them as an autónomo - and we know how hard that is

Great experience with MMC in supporting property purchase. Very professional service throughout the process from start of property search till the closing date. Immediate support with dealing with the banks on any queries and problem solving. In addition, they supported international money transfer through their trusted partner which saved a lot of money in the end. Will defined recommend MMC for any person looking for the mortgage support. Thanks

We had an outstanding experience with Mallorca Mortgage from start to finish.

Nicky and the team were a perfect balance between professionalism and a genuinely personal approach. From the initial conversations through to completion, everything was handled with clarity, efficiency, and real attention to detail. They took the time to understand our situation and guided us through each step of the Spanish mortgage process, which was a very new experience for us.

What really stood out was their communication — always responsive, proactive, and reassuring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt fully informed and supported.

Most importantly, they secured us a fantastic construction mortgage on very competitive terms, which we’re absolutely delighted with.

Nicky and her team were great to deal with.

We used Mallorca Mortgage for our property purchase and have only good things to say about them, in particular Tracey who handled our case.
They not only got us more than the banks we approached had offered, but their professionalism helped us avoid a nightmare on a property we had to withdraw from with a very unplesant seller.
In the end Mallorca Mortgage had to put up with us for about a year as we changed the house we wanted, but they patiently attended us throughout, and then at the end when we needed everything NOW, they delievred on time.
We have already put Tracey in contact with a friend so would and are recommending them.

I can highly recommend The Mallorca Mortgage Company - Nicky and her whole team were amazing from the start through to the finish of the transaction - even attending the final notary meeting to make sure my property purchase went through smoothly. 10/10 Thank you so much MMC

We had an excellent experience with MMC. Teresa was very communicative and organized, and answered all of our many questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
