Great Store, and friendly staff!
Great Store to buy online from! Ordered a fender tele ultra, the service was great, i got a call to confirm the order, i got a call when it was sent out! I got the guitar the next day. i was so impressed, will definitely buy from them again.

Overall great service
Overall great service, communication and helpfulness. Offered to install new Violin string and tune it. Website showed 1 in stock count but apparently there was not 1. This is a common issue with stock counts that often don't reflect 0. Took an extra 24hr to obtain but this is a minor inconvenience.

I never dealt with the Mall Music before and my first deal with this venue was pleasant and rewarding. I am not an easy customer to pleased (due to my old-fashion understanding of "customer service"), but I am happy with the service provided.
Mall Music displayed excellent communication with the customer, quick and efficient process of the purchase and delivery. I will not hesitate to deal with them again.

Never received so I commenced a PayPal dispute. They finally informed me they had no stock on hand?
Told me they would refund my money which I'm still waiting for? No refund as yet?

I can't praise the customer service I received highly enough. The item I tried to buy was a demo product that had been in the system but had since been sent back to the supplier. I was disappointed but understood that these things happen and was prepared to accept missing out on a great deal. However my contact said he'd try and see if the supplier still had the one they sent back for me. The upshot was that after a short while he contacted me and said the Manager at Head Office was going to send me a BRAND NEW ITEM that they had at their location. I just received it today and would like them to know that such great customer service will not go without loyalty from me down the track. I'm moving back to Brisbane from Perth in a few months time but they will hear from me, that's a promise. Thank you once again and best wishes for tremendous success going forward :-) from Tony Brittain
