Received updates when the order was in delivery, provided a tracking number, and they assisted me with help when the shipping company was unable to deliver the product to the address provided, by reaching out to said company, who later reached out to me to confirm the address was correct.

Truly one of the best customer services I've had. My first order was my fault ordering the wrong size but with some help I got my right size and they fit like a dream. I ordered the mules and wow. I have issues wearing flats all day while working on my feet but these I could last the day. The delivery service was quick and the overall product and quality of it is an A++. I definitely highly recommend.

The shoes are super comfy and just what i wanted!

I received my Mary Jane tabis quite delayed in march, so I’ve only had them for (not even) 4 months. In that time, the shoes have were super cute! but they quickly became less and less comfortable as the cheap soles were compressed within the first month. Now, the buckle portion of the shoe broke and I’ve tried fixing it but it’s not possible. For 140 dollars, I’d really hope the shoes would last more than 4 months. Will not be repurchasing, and do not recommend.

I bought the new pink Tabis from Maison Nakamoto. These are the best Tabis I have ever bought!!! The quality is incredible and the shape is so lovely. I really adore that brand, their shoes are ones you can use everyday with so much comfort. The delivery service is good and the people there are very kind! I totally recommend that brand!!

I love my Tabi Bow Tie Pink and the manner in which you conduct business with curtesy and honesty. I would love them even more if only the big toe was a smidge longer. The quality and color are truly beautiful and I would order in other colors if my big toe fit better.

I waited for a long timw to receive my tabis. Along the way I would regularly receive updates on my parcel. Unfortunately, my tabis are a tiny bit to small and I should have ordered a larger size. I can feel on the softness of the leather that they could become my favourite shoes had they just been the correct size

The Tabi Mary Jane are so far the best shoes I have right now. I'm wearing them a lot and they match perfectly so many styles and outfits, I love them! So comfortable I could walk in them all day long, from the office to the happy hour.
