Al sinds begin maart aan het wachten op mijn retourzending en geld! Geen contact te krijgen met Maison Galerie. Zelden z’n slechte ervaring gehad met een online website.

Nooit hier bestellen!!

Scam company, don’t order. They don’t respond to any of the emails or socials listed. I’m still waiting on any information regarding my order as others are.

FUYEZ!!!!ESCROCS ET VOYOUS. Après mon avis le 28 avril, comme par hasard ils ont su me contacter, soit disant ils ont été piraté sur leur boîte mail, ce n’est pas de leur faute, ils sous entendent plus ou moins qu’il faut que je retire mon avis, et depuis il ne répondent plus et je n’ai toujours pas pu retourner les produits et me faire rembourser. Il y a des lois en France et Maison Galerie n’est pas au dessus de celles-ci!

Shitty ass quality, shipped from china, it’s such a scam. i ordered t- shirts and can you tell they couldn’t cost more than 2 dollars to make. the designs aren’t even straight.

Scam company - they accepted orders but have no intent to fulfil them. They take money and then do not communicate anything, yet still advertise on social media. DO NOT shop here or you will lose money.

SCAM - would rate 0 stars if there was an option.

Like others I have placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Money has left the bank account. Sent several emails and instagram DM’s asking for updates no response in over 2 weeks.

Contacted the bank and will be submitting a charge back now for my money back.
Please avoid this company shame coz there tees do look good

Slechtste webshop ever. Ik ontving een t-shirt dat vol zat met vlekken en strepen. Ik heb hier inmiddels 4 mails over gestuurd en ik heb 0 reactie mogen ontvangen. Bestel hier nooit!!!!!!

Ce sont des voleurs. La marque vends des pièces sympas mais j’ai commandé une veste en taille M et je les ai contactés sur Instagram en leur donnant ma taille pour savoir s’il pensait que ça pouvait m’aller. Ils m’ont dit oui très bien et sinon tu pourras nous la renvoyer.
Évidemment, la veste ne me va pas et depuis silence radio, ils ne répondent plus à mes mails et leur service de renvoie est désactivé. J’ai tout fait pour les contacter mais impossible de faire l’échange comme promis.

Op 18 maart heb ik een bericht ontvangen dat mijn retourzending door het bedrijf was ontvangen. Begin deze maand kreeg ik vervolgens een update waarin werd aangegeven dat het bedrijf ging verhuizen en dat retouren vanaf 7 april verwerkt zouden worden.

Tot op heden heb ik echter nog niets ontvangen en is het ook niet mogelijk om contact met het bedrijf te krijgen. Daardoor ben ik bang dat ik mijn geld niet terug ga krijgen.

Bestel hier alsjeblieft niets.

Like other reviews seem to mention, scam company. Bought a T-shirt and wasn’t given a tracking number or order confirmation. Very quick to take your money though. When emailed about it they remain silent and flat out ignore you. It’s a shame because they have some pretty good stuff on their website and I would’ve bought a lot of it.

Ordered my order on the 22nd of march and received an email saying it was on its way. A couple days later the website went blank and it was no longer delivering. Two weeks go by with silence until i receive an apology email and saying they had some issues and that all orders were being shipped. For one and a half weeks i waited and it just said on their website arrives in 72 hours it didn’t finally rhey say it arrived but they have delivered it to a place over an hour away

Betrüger! Ganz schlechte Erfahrungen. Bestellung kommt schon, aber die Return Abwicklung ist ganz ganz schlecht!
Ersten muss man auf eigene kosten die Ware zurück schicken. Danach sagte DHL das der Paket schon zugestellt wurden, aber Maison Galerie sagt die haben die Ware nicht bekommen. Ein Rückerstattung kommt auch nicht. Einfach die Finger weg von diesem Firma!
Ich habe es jetzt zu meinen französischen Anwalt gegeben. Mal schauen was er damit machen kann!.

Jeg bestilte den 21 marts en trøje, som blev lovet leveret i løbet af 72 timer. Vi har intet modtaget endnu! til trods for at pengene med det samme blev trukket fra min konto. 2 gange har jeg prøvet at skrive til firmaet, men har intet hørt.
Så køb ALDRIG noget fra dette svindelfirma!!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical before when I saw some of the reviews. The package did arrive quickly with I like.

I am very happy with the clothes, fitted perfect, were good quality.
So I will recommend this to my friends. Little expensive but you get what you pay for so 10/10🙌
