Maid2Match Recenzje

No cleaner ever showed for our first booking. Called the company after waiting at home for 1.5 hours, and was told someone would ring me back. Heard nothing.
Subsequently sent them an email voicing my disappointing and cancelling future cleans and got an immediate response confirming my cancellation!! Sheer incompetence! I am looking forward to their response to this review telling me that reliability is their main priority - no, it is not Maid to Match. I run a real business and understand what true customer service and genuine reliability looks like.

I couldn’t be more happy with the Shanie’s cleaning. She is very thorough, and everything is always put back in its place. Shanie is friendly, kind and conscientious and treats my house and my belongings with care. I most definitely will use this cleaning service again!

We always receive a really thorough clean, with great attention to detail. Mihaela is always trustworthy and reliable, and absolutely lovely to have in our home.

Mihaela is so great at her job. Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, kind, and my home is a joy to come back to after she has cleaned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mihaela.

Jade is reliable and efficient, and we really value her work. Thank you Jade!

After Casey had left I revisited the areas she had cleaned, and was thankful that they were sparkling clean, with special attention given to areas such as: corners, behind doors, taps, etc. I never have to remind her of my standard of cleaning or ask her to re-do something. She is a conscientious worker and a pleasant young woman to have in my home…..Thank you Casey

Annie is efficient and thorough when carrying out our regular weekly service, she always makes a point to check and see if there are any priority requests. She is always cheerful and represents maid2match wonderfully!

Maddie did an amazing job, made my day so much better coming back to such a clean home! She really paid attention to the small details which is a great touch.

Over more than 2 decades we have had the pleasure of several cleaners and housekeepers. Engaging Maid2Match has been an absolute blessing. Our cleaner Mihaela is the best cleaner we have ever had. A personal touch, excellence in cleaning and tidying and a super pleasant person and our little fur baby loves her and tries to help her clean. Really recommend this service.

Kirsten always completes her work to a very high standard and is understanding and professional in her interactions with us. Her customer service skills are very good and we would recommend her to anyone.

My cleaner is Jack. Have to say I'm pretty impressed with jack's service. Although it does take a while for tasks to be completed and there not always perfect but I am a perfectionist so my standards are extremely high. Keep up the great work!!!

Great work done by Annie. The place is spotless when she’s finished. Keep up the great work

Mihaela and Shianne are wonderful cleaners. They are very professional and have always provided exceptional service.

Maddie is an excellent cleaner. She always leaves the house spotless and goes the extra mile with her work.

I always find Casey very reliable.

Mihaela pays attention to detail, she is efficient. She always looks for feedback and has great communication. She goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. Would highly recommend her services.

Shanie continues to do a great job cleaning at our house. She is friendly and quick. She gets lots done in our two hour time frame. You can book online and our monthly clean is just automatically rebooked each time. I don’t need to be home which is very convenient. Thanks your great help.

Thank you for providing such a lovely service! Jade is very thorough and always asks if she's unsure or if there's anything extra I'd like her to do before she finishes up a clean at my home :)
I also kept forgetting to let her know that I have a wild dustmite allergy (she always does a great job but I figured it's helpful for her to know) But I let her know yesterday if she could work on being a bit 'extra' with where dust might be hiding and she took it straight on board! :D

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mihaela in April 2022.
She is an absolute delight.
My apartment has never looked so clean and organised.
She is a very positive outgoing person.
I live alone with my assistance dog cleo and we look forward to her arriving.
I wish my funding would allow me a weekly visit.
I believe that Mihaela is a very special person who works very hard to complete all the cleaning in the allocated time.
I highly recommend Mihaela is the best person I have ever had.
Kindest regards
Maureen Collett
