I recently ordered a bulk of branded fleeces from Maias Vintage Wholesale and was extremely disappointed with the quality. A significant portion of the items were defective, and the overall condition of the remaining pieces was far below the advertised standard. Many of the clothes were excessively worn, very old, and some were even child-sized, which was not specified in the product description. Additionally, the items had a bad smell, making them unsuitable for resale. Despite providing evidence of the defects, the company's response was inadequate, offering only a partial refund. I expected better quality and customer service. I would caution others to be wary of their refund policies and the quality of their products.

Bag of rag, all items were smelly and either had stains, rips or broken zip. I only wish they spent more time checking the products instead of defending there position after you complain on review sites. No attempt to offer FOC items. Very poor.

Absolutely worth it! Box arrived within 2 working days of my order. I ordered the grade A Ralph Lauren/Tommy shirts. I was expecting maybe 2-3 Ralph Lauren shirts and the rest to be tommy because they’re worth less and a lot of other wholesalers do this. I was pleasantly surprised!! I received around 20 polo Ralph Lauren shirts in immaculate condition, after a wash and iron you couldn’t even tell they’d been worn.

All of the Tommy shirts are great, only 1 had a tiny stain behind the collar but in determined I can get it out, and I mean come on? 1 out of 50 is amazing compared to other wholesalers. Great mixture of sizing also.

Will 100% be coming back to this supplier when they restock!

Really nice people to deal with. Did have some issues that have now been dealt with, just needed some constructive conservasations. Let's not forget when dealing with vintage somethings could be missed by a member of staff sorting through massive volumes of items & also I think they're a fairly new company that have needed to iron out a few kinks. Some of their stuff is terrific value & margins can be massive on some pieces. I looking forward to more business with them soon.

honestly don’t even wanna waste time with this review. Just don’t buy from this place ordered 50 knitted jumpers. All they were was Nautica and chaps absolute load of rubbish…

These are total rags, I don't know if anyone would buy them for a pound. Most of the clothes I received are faded, have white spots and are not original, this is not category A, which was replaced. Not all the items are Tommy Hilfiger brand, I also received ordinary, unbranded items. I also received children's items, and in the order it was clearly written "womens”

I’ve ordered from this company a few times now, as a new reseller I’ve found this company to be one of the best!
They have a very wide selection of products and I think it’s very good value for money. I absolutely love the funky knitwear bundles.
Fast dispatch and delivery would definitely recommend.

I’ve been buying from Maia’s vintage for several months now and I’m yet to receive a bad batch of stock.

Communication from the team has been so so good and genuine, any issues (delivery related and no fault of their own) have always been resolved within 24 hours, they even went as far as getting it resolved before taking off for a flight!

Dedication doesn’t quite cover it!

In comparison to experiences I’ve had with other wholesales, Maia’s really do go above and beyond - you can really see they put their everything into the business and I’ve loved being able to watch their growth.

The best around. Such a great company to buy from; whether you’re starting up or have been into vintage resale for a while, Maia’s vintage have the stock and knowledge to push your business further.

I tried many wholesalers in the UK before settling with Maia’s vintage, keeping a spreadsheet of sales of items from each supplier. After spending around £15,000 across different companies, the items I had from Maia’s were *statistically* the most profitable out of any supplier. In addition to this, they were by far the cleanest items, packaged extremely neatly, which went a long way in impressing me, as many wholesalers don’t seem to care about what state the goods arrive in!

It is also worth mentioning that everyone at the company has extensive experience as a seller of vintage before moving into wholesale, so their identification and removal of counterfeit products is absolutely second to none.

To top it off, Maia and Marley really are two of the nicest people in this industry. I wouldn’t bother listening to the 1* slanderous reviews - take it from someone who has spent probably £25,000 with this company, and has had most of the bales they have to offer; you won’t find better anywhere!

Firstly, pay no heed to the fake 1 star reviews, these are simply an attempt sabotage or, or if we are to provide benefit of doubt, confusion with another wholesaler. Maia and Marley are the kindest, sweetest souls, and they would never, ever, treat a customer in the manner that has been stated. It just wouldn't happen. They go above and beyond for their customers. We have personally never had any issues but we know without a shadow of doubt they would resolve them.

As for the stock, it is simply fantastic. When they say grade A, they mean grade A. They are the only supplier we trust and we cannot speak highly enough of them. They have been an absolute game changer for us, no more shopping around different wholesalers! And let me tell you, we have had some bad experiences in the past. We no longer have those, as thankfully, we have Maia and Marley.

I have ordered several things over the months,
Pre orders are always dispatched around the time stated on the site! Which is fab as another wholesaler I have used has put back my preorder for 5 months and basically robbed me, you won’t get any of this nonsense from maias!
Items received are hit and miss like any wholesaler, I have had some crazy pulls and then some pretty standard bales too but it’s good to know there are some crazy pieces in there!
Any problems encountered are sorted out so fast and replies to messages are super fast, the customer service is top notch and super friendly people
I will not hesitate to order from maias again!

It appears some low life has a vengeance for them and is posting fake reviews but I can assure you that they are a great company to deal with!

Amazing! Ordered many times from Maia’s wholesale, the grade has always been as described and never had any problems.

I’ve received orders within 48 hours when they have it in stock. Crazy range of stock with some insane pulls.

Maia and Marley are both super helpful and always on hand to help/ give advice. Communication is top notch. Been a pleasure watching them grow.

I have been using MaiasVintageWholesale as a repeat customer for months now and have received my order quick and easy every-time. The people that work there are so friendly and genuine and helped us kickstart our business! Will be using this company for many years to come and the items that i have received have always been amazing!

We have used Maias quite a few times and have always come away very satisfied customers. We purchased a Nike Joggers bale this time and are so pleased with this order! The grading is spot on, unlike many other places we have been to before. Thank you for being a great supplier, we will definitely be back soon!

So I’ve now used these twice and honestly probably one of the better wholesalers I’ve come across. I ordered a mixed bale of fleeces from them in grade A and they lived up to the standards of a grade A and I’ve also ordered a bale of Columbia jackets and fleeces and yet again they came in grade A condition!!.

Unfortunately I didn’t receive a tracking code for these so i sent them a message on instagram and they came back to me pretty quickly with the tracking code and I then received my order within 2 days of purchase.

I’m still new to this world and one of the things I love most is they give you an idea on the description of what an item roughly sells for which is super helpful weather it be a grade A or B.

I’ve been asked by a few buyers and sellers where I get my stock from and I’d honestly say hand on heart maiasvintagewholesale.

When I need a restock I always have a look around but I would be more than happy to buy from these guys first just because of there communication and the stock they sell.

Couldn’t recommend them anymore. 😉

Right then lets get into this "company"

run by kids acting like kids. They simply are take the cash and not worry about the customer kind of people.

I received a load of counterfeit items which is just mental that they think a reseller wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Before i received the boxes full of illegal items it took me weeks to follow up the delivery, being told that they are going on holiday and it will have to wait.

They simply do not care.

The young lady involved has a spiteful manner calling my Girlfriend all the names under the sun and the even younger minded boy involved then trying to back up her behaviour making himself sound like a nappy would be the most appropriate attire for him.

The accusations they throw out to save themselves time and effort are just rude and i would ask all contemplating using them to run before you get involved in their antics.

DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO BUYING COUNTERFEIT ITEMS.

Do not trust this company!!!!!!! Terrible customer service and blame the customer for their own mistakes and the items are rags I wouldn't be able to give the items away to a charity shop let alone do anything with them myself I placed the order which took 3 months to arrive and then the item was lost by the courier they told me I had to deal with it as it is my problem and not there's after I did manage to deal with it a battered box full of the wrong item arrived so I contacted them again to be told that I was lying and they sent me the correct items they are a horrible company to deal with and you will only be disappointed by what you receive I cannot see how t shirts full of holes and rips can be jeans I really do hope others see this and stay away from such inconsiderate people trying to steal your money and not take responsibility for their actions do not use them you will only have to fight for resolution

Update: I without doubt bought the items from this company please do not let their reply fool you and I also replied to the message they sent via email

They keep replying and trying to make excuses throwing around accusation I have never been abusive towards anyone in my life this is all lies lies but just look at the other reviews People will make their own judgement and ultimately you should not be in business.

I have given trustpilot proof of my review and they have looked at it and seen that it is genuine and I do not appreciate it you are clearly struggling to waste time on me and my experience when you should be spending your time on your other customers needs please leave me alone you are giving me a break down
