Terrible experience
Terrible experience. It’s been weeks since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received my product. Haven’t even received any update as to when I should expect to receive it. When I reached out the company for a refund, they just said it had already been shipped so they couldn’t refund me, but that I could send it back for a return once I receive it. 🙄 lowkey feel like I’ve been scammed.

I put an order through on 7th Dec & it still hasn’t arrived (today is 13th January)
I’ve emailed the company & had no response from them.
The email with tracking details has a link that goes to a page that doesn’t exist.
Pretty sure this company is a scam.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 6th December and it still has not arrived. They ignore emails. Tracking links do not work. I did get one email asking if it had arrived. NO... it has not. Probably never will.
Total rip off. Stay clear of this company. If I could give a lower score I would. Very poor.
Update: I just received the game 16 Jan. It is as described and good quality. However, I will keep this review score as is. If buying, get is elsewhere. It is very likely that this company was overwhelmed with orders pre-xmas. That being said, their communication was dismal at best and has left most people let down and no longer trusting of small (non-Amazon) businesses.

SCAM! Ordered Dec. 14 for Christmas present. Received confirmation and was charged immediately for the order. Dec. 23 received an email saying small, family-run business was overwhelmed by orders, which would not arrive in time for Christmas. Dec. 25 (a shipping holiday) received an email the order had just shipped. Jan. 8 received an email inquiring whether the order had been received--it had not. I responded to the Jan. 8 email, but have not gotten any response. Links to order in the order confirmation email are invalid, as are links to the tracking information.

I ordered two of the Magnet Chess games on 12/11/25. Have not received as of 1/12/26. I did receive a message saying my order shipped, but that was two weeks ago. Have sent 3 messages to this company with no response and no other way to contact them. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Giving a one as nothing else lower to select! Like many others, this is a shambles of a company. Still waiting despite 'heartfelt apologies' being sent. I have complained using info@m*gnetchess.shop and had a reply from Julia, although the email was from Samuel Fresnel. If that helps anyone please use it. The game is now back in stock on Amazon and I bought one at half the price of this and it arrived within 2 days. Maybe I'll get my refund, but please for anyone contemplating buying from MagnetChess, please spare yourself time and hassle and shop elsewhere.

Consumer Be Warned
Trustpilot ask for constructive feedback but is very hard given the same experience of 99% of people making comments on this product. My advice to my self is check reviews like Trust Pilot prior to making purchases from less known websites and use Paypal for peace of mind and opportunity to get money back if warranted.
For me same timeline as most, order 3 Dec as intended Christmas gift. Multiple requests for updates or refund. Parcel does arrive 1st week in Jan 2026. I ordered 2 x games. 1 pouch had a seared off magnet. Clearly they packed faulty product as no broken off part was found in the pouch. Shame on you . 8 email requests sent and still no response to replace or refund. Plenty of chances given to make things right but they chose not, so time to name and shame

My order of Magnetchess was for 3 sets. These were NEVER delivered and were ordered on 07 December 2025. The only communications was that it was being sent on 23 December. It was NEVER received and most likely never sent. DO NOT order from MAGNETCHESS! They are a disgrace! They did not even answer any emails. If i could give them no stars i would.

Total rip off!
I ordered two sets directly from the company because I didn't want to use Amazon. Six weeks and multiple emails later asking for an update or refund, I am still waiting. The "tracking" is bogus and will not allow me to search where my order is, and they do not respond to my frustration. Now, I just want my money back. Doesn't look like that will ever happen. They took the order start of December, no updates until 25th of December(!), then email asking if I’d received the order, a week ago - which of course I haven’t - and then no reply or response to any emails I’ve sent them subsequently - this is not the way a good company operates and like others I question if this is some sort of scam - best to avoid them in my view!
