Would never use Mag laundry again. We bought two industrial washing machines for over £11,000.00 and we have had nothing but trouble with them. They are just out of warranty and we have had them out several times.
Also be careful of the engineers times. They put on their times sheets they had been longer than they had doing the repair but our CCTV showed the exact times, they arrived and left the building. The after sales service is terrible. Our experience is, once you've bought the machines they are not interested. Look at alternative companies.
Edited: Mag Laundry tried to get my review taken down for it being defamatory. Trust pilot agreed it wasn't. Thank you trust pilot, I have all emails as evidence of everything I have put above. My review is genuine.

Board room looked absolutely fantastic very different from the norm

We own a small independent veterinary clinic and bought a washing machine from MAG 2 years ago and took out a care plan with them.

In that time we have had a number of issues and found MAG provided an extremely slow response to try and get an engineer on site.

The first occasion was the washer not working properly (so we had to take our washing to be cleaned externally) and subsequently the electrics kept tripping. The engineer who came out made mysogynistic comments to the female staff who were present (which he did phone and apologise for) and they said that the machine was fine and it was the electrics. Two independent electricians said there was nothing wrong with the electrics. We decided to just live with the occasional tripping of wires.

What we could not live with was that this month the washing machine started making a heavy clunking noise. MAG engineers came out and said that it needed new bearings and a new drum. We subsequently received an email to say that in the terms of the care plan this caused a termination to the contract and it would not be covered. The quote for repair was circa £3,000. We were offered to buy a new machine for £5,000.

I would not recommend MAG at all. The true test of a company and their integrity is when something has gone wrong, and MAG has shown their true colours here. Awful. Please avoid.

As a new client the communication has been prompt and professional and everything was taken care of nice and quickly.

After numerous shocking experiences dealing with JLA, it was time to find a new supplier.

I ordered a new tumble dryer from MAG to replace my previous machine and found the service to be impeccable. The process was simple and fast, the communication was prompt and the delivery was timely. My new dryer is now installed and operating and my staff couldn't be happier.
