Ordered their shoes. The wings don't attach properly, posted on Facebook hoping to get advice. they removed my post. Have not responded to email.

Update! They did respond within about 48 hours. To fix situation they sent new wings. Due to my unforseen issues it took a total of 3 weeks (10 days for wings to show up approximately ) to try them on. The wings still did not fit properly probably due to a defective shoe. Unfortunately as I waited to long to respond they had sold out of my shoe size so they could not send a replacement. Unsolicited they sent a refund and did not request I send shoes back which would have miffed me. Their customer service was good just disappointed I can't wear really cool shoes as the wings swing forward when worn.

I bought these K-pop socks for my granddaughter she absolutely loves them. They were beautiful the quality of the socks is vey good and the delivery was fast. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 dresses and 2 pair of sox to gift to my Great Great Nieces who absolutely loved them. The order turnaround time was much faster than I anticipated. The size chart was helpful as they both fit nicely with just a tiny bit of room to grow. I'm now their on their list of favorites so thank you!

I purchased two of the Mad Mia, black, Wonderland dresses. Size 5-6 and size 7-8.
Pros:
The dresses are cute as advertised.
Six year old lives it and loves to twirl it.
Cons:
Very heavy. Lots of layers.
Ties together in the back.
Child is unable to put it on or take it off on her own.
Child cannot use the bathroom on her own while wearing it.
Top is not stretchy and is very wide (made for thick bodies). Has large arm pit holes so "chest" can be seen.

Wishes:
Top was.made.of stretchy material so the child could dress and undress on her own. It would need straps like suspenders under the top to help keep the weight from pulling down the stretchy material.
Could choose different top and skirt colors. Would love a purple of pink top on the black skirt or visa versa.

Ordered on a Thursday night and was in my mailbox Monday! The socks were so cute and looked just like pictured! My granddaughter could not get them on fast enough and her smile made it worth it! You never know what you are going to get off a Facebook ad but they sure delivered!

I love this company I am a sock girl they call me Ms Socks they socks are great some tend to slide down but who cares because the quality and style makes you not think about that and the compliments I get every time I put on a pair of these socks I LOVE IT!

You guys are the BEST! I was searching for a rare pair of socks for my granddaughter … you found it after a few exchanges. Fantastic customer service!

Their refund policy is ILLEGAL in Australia, as they are not willing to refund the money unless the ORIGINAL packaging is kept. You can't even try on their socks if the original packaging & ties are on them!

After calling them out on this, they immediately refunded the money.

I will never buy anything from them again

Love all the socks I bought. I wear them at the pickeball courts and make everybody happy . I am 65 years old and everytime I wear one of your socks , always have fantastic comments . I bought 5 different ones and my last purchase was a kid size for my granddaughter. I hope she will enjoy as much as I do
