My granddaughter loves these socks and is really excited for "Crazy Sock Day" when school starts next month. They fit her great and she is 7 years old. We had a small issue but their customer service was great!

Bought the paw patrol socks for my nephew and my son. They absolutely love them.. amazing quality, wash well and are definitely a talking point!!

I ordered a backpack for my friend's kid. My order was sent out very quickly and reached me in the UK in under a week, it arrived safely and with no damage. The bag itself is lovely, very cute and vibrant, also looks sturdy.

Ich habe nun bereits zum 3. oder 4. Mal bestellt und wurde nie enttäuscht. Besonders freut mich, dass nun der Versand aus Europa erfolgt, wodurch die Versandkosten deutlich gesunken sind und man nun auch mehr von Rabattaktionen hat. Nun werde ich wohl noch öfter zuschlagen. Ich trage die Socken übrigens vor Allem bei Marathons und werde sehr oft darauf angesprochen.

This is the second time ordering these socks. I bought the 4th of July socks for my granddaughters. They loved them and once again nanny and papa were a hit!!!

First order had an issue with the little mermaid Airel socks. Issue happened on the day the socks arrived the ruffles starting unraveling and we hadn’t even had them delivered an hour! All the other socks however were stunning and of great quality. I reached out to to customer service and they responded very quickly, asked for photos etc which I sent, they offered me credit but I asked for a replacement which they issued right away. (Haven’t recieved yet as we are uk based) but ended up ordering another parcel full of socks as my little one will love them for Christmas. Customer service is top notch and other then this hiccup with this one pair the rest are stunning

⭐ MadMia Socks

We had a small issue with our order at first, as the package got lost in transit. However, I truly want to highlight the excellent customer service — they were incredibly helpful and immediately sent us replacement socks via express shipping at their own cost as soon as the items were back in stock, making sure everything arrived in time for our daughter’s birthday celebration. The communication was fast, kind, and above average in every way.

The socks themselves are fantastic quality — beautifully bright colours, very elastic, and wonderfully made. They look just as fun and vibrant as you would expect from MadMia, and our daughter absolutely loved them.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied. We definitely recommend MadMia, and we will happily shop with them again whenever the opportunity comes.

Ordered & paid 12 June, with confirmation and tracking received on the same day. Ordered for a on Saturday 27 June event . On 24 June, there was still no sign of my order, so I contacted company via email and phone (tracking had been on "On its way" status for 12 days). Received reply via email saying that there was a glitch as my order included an item that was actually unavailable. I chose the refund option offered to me just on the unavailable item. Finally got another "On its way" status/ tracking email today, 26 June. I have no problems with the items, no problems with the ordering platform, thankful that I'm getting a refund, but I am disappointed that it took me reaching out to them to find out an item is unavailable and for the rest of my order to even progress. ETA of order 3 July.

Cute product, fast shipping

It is beautiful in hand but when I wear it doesn't stretch enough around my calf (6-99) and I can't pull it up properly and if I force it, the graphics go bad. Return policy isn't customer friendly. I have pay for the return and tag needs to be attached. without detaching the tag how am I able to try them?

The dress is gorgeous, rich, and flowing - my granddaughters are thrilled because these are dresses that finally 'work' (in translation - they really spin when they dance ;) ) - and you really have super fast delivery, wow !!
