Dont sign up, they are a con site and just took another £50 after cancellingstraight after setting up 1 year ago. DO NOT USE. And no phone number to sort it.

Really don’t understand the 1 star reviews. It’s a subscription so if you sign up for the year then of course if you don’t cancel you are going to be paying the £50 for the next year it’s no different from any other subscription. As for the people complaining of no sales you have to market your page yourself same as if you had your own website you can’t expect people to find you without you having to do a little effort yourself. What did you expect for £50 a year. Personally I would rather do this than pay the extortionate fees of Etsy. If you put the effort in you can do well on this platform and it is cheaper than building your own website.

I cancelled my subscription well before my time up date because i found the site very difficult to get around .
So I paid my money and got nothing in return . And i couldnt get a refund .
So i was not happy with the site or the Company who whe I asked for help completely ignored me .
Would not recomend . Its a shame because i was looking forward to selling on this site but not to standard

A brilliant company. Only downside, please use 2 wicks as they just burn down in the middle. I wish all candle makers would do this.

I too had £50 taken from my account and when i asked for a refund they ignored me. I told them i had wrote several emails saying how poor I found their site and how it wasnt for me as it didnt offer me the option of instant downloads. Their customer services is a joke and I never once recieved a reply to the many emails I sent asking if they were going to introduce this service as customers didnt want to have to wait for designs been sent to them and still they ignored me. Why they thought I would renew my subscription for a platform which was useless to me is beyond me, they had the cheek to say I didnt tell them I was unhappy with their site.... wrong I told you this in every email i wrote.

I didnt authorise you to take £50 from my bank account let along give my permission for you to scam me. MadeMe knew exactly how I was unhappy with there non service. Why you thought I was okay with you takihg a new subscription without my consent is beyond me. They said they sent me an email which like others on here i never recieved and I notified them as soon as i relised they had withdrawn the fee and they ignored this too. I have sent them an email 6months notice to their billing section to instruct them not to take any further payments from my account, and have took a copy encase they say they never recieved it.

Like others here i will be reporting them to my Bank, and instructing them not to authorize any further payments to this rip off company, I will also be going to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to lodge my complaint too. I would have done it sooner but i have long term covid and have not been online due to my laptop being broken. I told them this and it still fell on deaf ears.

Due to their ignorance and lack of compliance of the UK Data Protection Legislation I have also reported them to the Information Commissioners Office.

In general, I like this product and find the various shapes very useful however, the cutting edges on some of the sets just cracked and broke after one use.

I made my first purchase and the process was so simple. I selected the item I wanted, paid for it and it came in a few days. The seller was curteous and pm me to tell me he had sent it and to tell him when it arrived. I was thrilled with my purchase and would definitely use Made Me again.

If there was a zero would of been that my mum had a selling account for a year on a monthly subscription she was sent no warning of another yearly payment so cancelled her membership which it says u can do anytime but the £50 they took on 16th may she closed account 20th they would return no money an absolute disgrace beware

Wanted to convert some items of rolling stock that had the large 'D' Hornby couplings. I had watched one of Matt's 'How to' workshops on YouTube, so I contacted him and he supplied the correct model of converter. Go service, items arrived promptly and fitted well and are visually more pleasing than the old ones.

A new company I thought I'd give a go. The product is exceptional and the packaging was done with a personal touch making them ideal as gifts. The fragrance is delightful and long lasting. Can't wait to try them all. A truely top quality product and super fast delivery. Well done Sudsy

I made no sales on this platform and then suddenly a 50 quid bill turns up. The reminder had gone into a promotions folder and I hadn't seen it. I cancelled immediately and was then told, that in the small print, was a clause saying no refunds. So now I'm paying for a site I don't use. They absolutely don't give a sxxt. Very poor site. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I thought this would be a great idea to sell my memory quilts but I found your site so difficult to navigate and set up my shop so I have not renewed my membership

I opted for a 12 month membership advertised as
HALF PRICE - NO CONTRACT - END ANY TIME -
I made 2 sales which didn't even cover the introductory fees.
THEN!!!! I have £50 taken from my account for a years 'MEMBERSHIP' I had no prior notification that this would happen, I complained but they didnt want to know!!! I contacted my bank who then told me that MADE ME had taken a further £50 the day after the initial one... Thankfully my bank saw this as FRAUDULENT activity - voided my card and activated an investigation into this unauthorised activity.

Beware when signing up to this site not user friendly like Etsy or Folksy or easy to set up a shop not a lot of help no contact numbers or email address. I gave up and lost my £25 as they have a non-refundable policy even though I cancelled on same day.

People, you need to realise, MadeMe is a platform to list and sell your items.
They never promised you will sell hundreds of items/day.
!!!YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN MARKETING!!!

I have sold plenty, and MadeMe worked great for me.
Many compared it with Etsy. You are correct, you get found on Etsy, but you have to be really good at SEO stuff, otherwise you are just forking out huge amounts of money for useless advertisement, and you will sell nothing. I started on Etsy, and more than 50% of my profit went to Etsy!!!

Yes, MadeMe is not perfect, but what you get for your £25 yearly subscription (or £50), is absolutely brilliant!

And don’t forget, no commission to pay to MadeMe for each sales.
