Please don’t but from this store. The dress I received is poor quality polyester and spandex. It purports to be a London Boutique run by Jessica who is closing up to welcome her baby. The dress arrived from Hong Kong and the so called easy returns as advertised are anything but. After numerous attempts I have not been given any details of how or where to send the dress but have been told because measurements are as described I have not demonstrated a valid reason for wanting to return it. It doesn’t suit me, it is horrible material and does not resemble the image. That is a good enough reason. The emails are evasive and now I have been asked to pay £11 postage. I suspect the boutique and Jessica are fictitious - my advice is do not waste your time and money on this. I can’t believe I fell for it. Don’t do the same!

Slow to deliver but maybe there was a stock issue. Returns are expensive if your posting from the UK. Customer service helpful albeit slow.

The ordered dress was received promptly and in good time for the event I anticipated wearing it to.

Everything about ordering from Made by Jessica was excellent. The website was easy to manoeuvre, ordering the dress was easy and the dress arrived in good time. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order. I’m thrilled with the dress. It’s very flattering and lovely and cool. I’ve had lots of compliments when I’ve worn it.

Shopping online usually feels like a bit of a gamble, but this order turned out better than expected. The colours looked true to the website and nothing felt disappointing once I opened the parcel.

I had no problems what so ever buying a top off teh website,it was easy.My top is great quality and a lovely bright colour, i am very impressed with it.
