I had an issue when I bought a new computer and didn’t do the right steps in transferring my MacX DVD Software. I contacted support and got WONDERFUL help immediately from a great guy named Adam. He told me how to take of what I needed and he was quick and supportive which is just what I needed!!! Great support and great software! Thanks!!

Using these products for years I've had no issues or problems at all. When I had questions about my app licenses the other day I wrote them. I was very surprised to get an answer back the same day along with all the license codes I presently own. Support was beyond helpful.

Very good product, and customer service is prompt and helpful. My only reservation is that a DVD can't be ripped to the very end. The last 20 seconds or so are cut off.

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and therefore needed to reinstall all my apps and software. However, I found that my License Code for MacX DVD Ripper Pro wouldn't work on the new computer. I emailed support and received a reply very quickly to say they had fixed the problem and it should now work, which it did. Apparently, I should have removed the license from the old installation first. Unfortunately, I had already deleted the software. I appreciate the efficiency of the team in resolving the issue, and I shall remember next time to remove the license first, before reinstalling the software. Many thanks.

Thanks to Digiarty for MacX Video Converter Pro. This is the unique application to which I have not yet been able to find an alternative. The compression ratio in MacX Video Converter Pro is simply amazing and can go up to 7-10 times. I would also note the fast, high-quality work of the support team.

I had trouble to reinstall the program and registered the license 2 or 3 times by accident then it was deactivated. It was my fault but I got a clear instruction to solve that. So just in case, if you have to move MacXDVD Converter to another computer, remove your license BEFORE you deinstall the program. Thank you very much!

I love the MacX Ripper Pro that I purchased. I love that I can take the movies that have no digital copies and make them myself so that I can watch them wherever I want. I highly recommend buy this.
