Ordered a Macbook Pro motherboard for a good price, paid and received confirmation of transaction. Thirteen hours later, received a second confirmation e-mail that looked exactly like the first. I didn't think to check it until I realized my shipment was two weeks late.
I went back and opened the second confirmation and here's what it said:

Bought graphics card for Imac, arrived DOA, sent back, say they tested and it worked fine, so they say. But here is the kicker, the postal service never delivered it and the tracking number shows item lost in mail so paypal will not stand behind even though they got the card and gave me $149 back of my original $249. This is not over, save yourself and avoid these folks like the plague. Total liars and thieves.

Complete Scam
They listed a graphics card as Apple > Apple Mac Pro > Mid 2010. They shipped a generic PC graphics card that is incompatible with Macs, despite their name being Mac Palace, and purporting to sell used Apple products. Don't buy anything from this company. Report them to the Better Business Bureau until they go out of business, so a real used Mac business can serve the market.
Bait & switch after failing to ship two weeks after order was placed
These people failed to fill my order. E-mailed us after two weeks of waiting telling us that they had changed the part price and we had to pay more if we wanted it. DO NOT DO COMMERCE with these people.
Absolutely shameless company
First of all, beware of the flurry of 5-star reviews that pop up; apparently "trustpilot" can't spot obvious shill accounts.
I ordered a part for $450 off their site. Two days later, they emailed me that the part has had a price increase to $1000. Yes, that's AFTER I had already bought it from them. I replied, "Thanks, but I prefer the part I've already bought from your website prior to the price increase." So they immediately canceled my order. Absolutely shameless, despicable scammers.

Unusually for me I did not look at reviews of this company but went headlong into purchasing a graphics card for my Imac from their impressive website for $225, plus $89 p&p plus 20% import tax( I live in the U.K.), handed it to my Apple trained engineer (whom I trust), only to be told that the card was defective, and did not load up at all !
When I emailed Macpalace about this, and asked whether the part sent was new or 2nd. hand, they replied that "the part was working before we shipped it" : Lie No. 1. If it was new, it would have been sealed & wrapped (which it wasn't - just a bit of bubble wrap). They also told me to "double check the rest of parts to make sure that they are not defective" !! Lie No. 2. Then when I had asked whether I would get a full refund for faulty goods, I was told that "the part comes with 60 days warranty." lie No. 3. : they will only send me another - presumably - shoddy used part.
This company, and I suspect it is only 1 individual, is a scammer and a cheat of the worst kind.
Have nothing to do with this outfit - and tell your friends too.

My sentiments are the same as the other reviews here and the e-mail after-the-fact jacking up the price happened to me as well. Website pricing and actual pricing are two different things but you don't find out until after you have ordered.
STAY AWAY
Ordered Hi-res/anti-glare display. REc'd Low-res/glossy display. Emailed Macpalace (Aris Jacobson) to either send label for return & send new one 2day (that is what we paid for first time) or refund money & send label so we could return. His response (copied from email) "If you do not want the item please return it back to us. We can not provide the replacement in 2 days. We need to have the item first and make sure it is niot the correct one, then send you the replacement." Told him this was for my IT dept & sent pics of what he sent. No response. Paypal IMMEDIATELY accepted claim which was a little suspicious. Now waiting to hear how much of $233.31 Paypal will refund? The whole thing was bad.

Unbelievable!
Should have done more research before placing order. Ordered a logic board from them that was supposed to be in stock. After waiting 2 weeks and hearing nothing, called them and was assured that it was shipping out that day. After another week got the same email others have received saying the price has been marked up, would I still like to complete the order. Unbelievable! Cancelled and ran away.

Terrible Experience
Needed a part for my iMac and waited over 2 weeks to receive it. Variety of excuses on the delays but the real problem was the part was defective and they gave me a RMA and they received the return and agreed it was defective but I never received the refund. It's now been over two weeks and all I get is promises but no refund. There is no integrity in this business all they want to do is rob you.
Hella-Bad
So I ordered a set of rails for my Apple XServe listed as new on their website for $83. This shipping was a tad excessive at $32, but whatever. I placed the order on Saturday and Monday I get an email telling me that part was the used part price and they only have new parts left which are now $115. This is exactly in line with what all these other customers are posting about. I'd as soon twist tie this server in place as order from these guys.

Horrible business practices. I found a part I needed and on completing the order, Macpalace upped the price by almost $100. Bait and switch. I will be putting this on my Facebook page!!! Boycott them and don't trust them!!!!

As you can see by the previous reviews this business likes to change the price ofter your order has been accpeted and confirmed. They pulled this sam stunt on me. I ordered on a Friday and recieved a confimation email that same day. the following Sunday I get an email from them stating "Unfortunately 661-2332 has been marked up. The new price is $99. If you are still interested in the part please let us know that you agree with the new price so that we proceed to processing your order." The price increase as of the date of this review remained at the original price as shown on thier website. My crediit card was immediatley alerted to any attempted charges from MacPalace. How does this guy stay in business. Just look at all the reviews. Buyer beware of Macpalace.

After returning a repair part in the same month of purchase, it took nearly six months to receive the credit. After many follow-ups and the threat of a small claims court action, the refund check arrived. It was $100. less that the purchase price.
Perhaps the worst business experience during my life of > 50 years.
