Company is a fraud
Ordered and paid for power supply. Never received part. Emailed them about this many times, no replies. Filed dispute with Paypal. Worst company I have every had to deal with. Filed a credit card fraud report with the police. These people should be in jail.

I ordered a Logic Board from this company. I paid for a high spec board but they sent me a low spec board.
I purchased a Logic Board for an iMac 27 inch3.4GHz on January 5 2018 as below.

Shipping: USPS US$109.07
The website is MacPalace.com
The web page stated there was a 60day warranty included.
The order number was 45797.
The shipping was stated as 6-10 days.
I received an email to the effect that the part had been shipped on January 24 2018, 19 days later.
I finally received the part on February 1 2018.
After installing the board I discovered that they had in fact shipped me a cheaper board.
The board I received was for a model which had only 512MB VRAM instead of the 2048MB VRAM the specified board should have had. They had sent me part number 661-7156.
I complained about this by email. They, at first, claimed that they had never specified the video card. I pointed out that it was tantamount to false advertising to supply a different part to that advertised. They claim to have supplied a "compatible part".
Finally they said they would give a refund if I sent the part back (being unable to supply the correct part I suspect!).
I duly mailed the part back (at my expense!) from Australia.
My postal service informed me the board was delivered back to them on February 12 2018.
I have sent many email reminders to them requesting my refund, but have had no response.
I have reported them to BBB of Los Angeles to no effect whatsoever.
Bait and switch
Bait and switch. I ordered a complete display assembly (on the product page there was a link to the LCD only if you'd rather get that alone), and a couple days later I get an email stating that the item ordered was in fact a LCD only, and a complete display assembly was an additional $135. They changed the description of the item some time after I placed the order, yet did not acknowledge what had occurred.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Worse customer experience ever!!! I ordered a 2.53 ghz logic board from them on 1/30/18. I didn't hear from them and saw that my item hasn't been shipped. I connected with them on 2/9 and got an email response on 2/11 saying that the item was backordered. When I purchased from their website, the item was listed as available. In the email response I got from them, they offered to send an identical unit at a slightly lower processing power at 2.4 ghz. I called to see when the 2.53 ghz logic board will be available, but the manager online said its not available and that he can give me the 2.4 ghz item at a higher price!!! I told him that the email I got said he will send that item at the price I paid. He complained that he needs to make a profit from the item and he can't send it to me at the price I initially paid despite the fact that in the email I received yesterday saying that he will send it at the price I paid. He was rude, and didn't seem to care about trust or the fact that he wasted my time as well as money.
I regret not seeing all of the bad reviews before. Obviously these bad reviews are well earned. The fact that I ordered the item online for one price, waited for a little under 2 weeks to find it wasn't shipped yet, then have them say they will send an item of lesser speed at the same price, then was told they will send the item of lesser speed at a higher price so he can make a profit, is the worse business experience ever!
OVER CHARGED ON SHIPPING BY $74.05!!!! REFUSED REFUND!!!
This company does business as a few names; MacPalace.com, MacPartStore.com and PC TechSystems, Inc. Here is my experience with them:
Ordered a logic board for a Macbook Pro 2011 since mine fried and they no longer service these models.
Part came as advertised, however on their checkout page only 2 options were available for shipping. 1: UPS ground roughly $85. 2: UPS 2nd Day Air $115.60. (I live in Hawaii so shipping is always fairly expensive) Being as these were my only two options and I needed my laptop back in action ASAP I went with 2nd Day air. Upon receipt of the package I saw they used USPS Priority Mail Express 2-day.
Everyone in Hawaii knows that USPS is faster and cheaper than any other shipping service out here. Had USPS been an option at checkout I most certainly would have chose that. When I got the package I used USPS's website to see the cost of shipping using all of the information from their shipping label. The cost came out to $41.55. They over charged me on shipping by $74.05. Mistakes happen so I called their phone.
They didn't answer the first few times and when they finally did I was told to email their info email and a manager would get back to me. A week passed with no response so I called again but this time a bit mer sternly. I was passed along to the manager this time (why didn't they pass me along to a manager the first time!?) and he explained to me that when they went to ship UPS didn't recognize my address (Bulls***, they deliver here all the time) and they tried to call me to ask if it was ok to ship it USPS (Bulls***, never had a missed call from Cali) "Josh" the manager tried to explain that since they don't normally ship via USPS they had to send an employee out to drop it off at a store (Bulls***, USPS does free pickups) and that they couldn't refund me. I asked him if he was trying to tell me the extra time it would have taken their employee to drop it off at a USPS office was worth $74.05, he avoided the question, twice. "Josh" was rude, interrupted me and told me that they "can't do things for free." I wasn't asking him to do anything for free, I was asking they refund the difference in shipping since they KNOWINGLY overcharged me by $74.05.
Had to call my credit card company to get the difference refunded.
Avoid this company by all means if possible. If not possible be aware they will probably pull the same shipping scam on you. I'm also guessing that my "4 year warranty I purchased is pretty useless as well, hopefully I don't need it.

Bait-and-switch
Disclaimer language on their website seeks to circumvent their bait-and-switch practice. A part is advertised at a certain price, but once you follow the online purchase procedure (shipping, extended warranty, credit card info, etc), you receive an email informing you that the price has changed – increased. You have the option of cancelling the order or accepting the higher charge. It's the definition of bait-and-switch.
Terrible quality and customer service
I bought a MacBook LCD and top case - when it arrived it had been glued along the hinges and was coming apart. I called in and they said send back, I did. Took multiple phone calls to inquire about refund and when the refund finally did happen it was for 50% of the total price. They knowingly run a shoddy business - the more people who speak out about the experience they have with them the better. They need to be shut down - I am filing a BBB claim.

Needed a video card for my 2011 iMac. I called and the gentleman on the phone spent extra time discussing what I needed and making sure I ordered the correct part. It did get to me a couple days later than I originally hoped but when I called ( they always answered) to inquire they paid for the extra speedy delivery with no charge to me and I received the part well wrapped and protected, had it installed, and so far so good works perfect. That was my experience.

replacement graphics card for iMac
beginning of 2017, I bought a graphics card, for iMac 27" year 2009, (had to be an ATI Radeon HD 4850). The card that I received was an undefined model with Nvidia processor, not compatible with my iMac. To my request for replacement of the product, MacPalace has not accepted! By not responding to email!

Potential buyers beware. Save yourself time and money and do not purchase from this company. They are blatant thieves.
They say they will ship UPS - and then they ship USPS which takes more time and costs less. I paid for UPS and they shipped USPS.
They will send you the wrong part and only give you 2/3rd partial credit back once YOU pay to have it returned. They will not give you a full refund for their mistake or refund your shipping and tax paid.
I worked with my MasterCard company to have charges reversed. Save yourself time and money - STAY AWAY.

Like the other reviews here I too got burned by these guys. I spoke with a sales rep there and gave him the serial number for my computer before placing the order. This man said they didn't have the part in at that time but said they could get it in for a $100 up-charge. Seeing as this is a hard part to find since Apple classes my computer as vintage, I felt ok you have to get a third party involved so there is a nominal fee in sourcing the part from a third party. When the part arrived it was incorrect so I notified them. They asked the serial number and agreed it was the wrong part. I shipped it back as they directed saying they would refund my money upon its return. But they didn't say they would refund me LESS THAN HALF the amount paid.
I contacted them to ask when the rest of my money would be refunded. The gentleman said they charge a 35% restocking charge. And he wasn't going to give that back because he says I ordered the wrong part. What I ordered was based on their direction. They advised the wrong part and now won't accept responsibility for this.
DO THE WORLD A FAVOR AND PUT MACPALACE OUT OF BUSINESS BY IGNORING THEM AND WARNING OTHERS TO DO SO AS WELL.
