Exceptional service. I have had two MacBooks repaired by eFix, one needed a new screen as I cracked it by shutting the cover with something lodged in the hinge area, the other was a battery replacement and to replace a crackling speaker. The worrisome aspect of posting off one's Mac is in fact faultlessly handled due to the pre-paid label Post-Office drop-off arrangement eFix provides. Both computers returned within a matter of days in perfect working order. Highly recommended.

I’m so happy I found efix. From start to finish the communication was excellent. The response times to my queries was so quick and I was kept fully up to date throughout the whole process. My laptop is now working perfectly again and I can see great care was taken with the repairs and also the postage. I would highly recommend efix to anyone needing MacBook repairs.

Incredible service! My laptop would switch off every time I opened the lid and I tried getting help from a local guy in Manchester who said I had to pay for a new screen which would have cost LOADS so I found eFix online and the service was brilliant. I was told I didn't need a new screen and they could fix the real issue so it wouldn't be a problem ever again. My MacBook suffered a coffee spill over the Christmas period and would not turn on. The repairer I had used for the previous spillage three years ago had ceased trading, so I searched for a company online and settled on eFix. It proved to be a very good choice - each stage of the process was handled very professionally and the communication was excellent. Reece explained the options and was happy to do the minimum to get the laptop working as I planned to migrate the old Macbook to a newer replacement. The repaired MacBook was returned in working order and I've now completed the migration.
Overall what could have been an expensive and stressful transaction was completed in a professional and friendly way and I'm very happy with the result.

Exceptional service from start to finish! I had several email and phone conversations prior to booking my Macbook in for a replacement display. They quoted me half the price that I was quoted by Apple and John Lewis! Free, insured postage to deliver my item to them and Free return via DPD. eFix kept me up to date at all times and turned my repair around promptly. Nothing not to like and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. A special mention has to go to Reece, who provided an outstanding customer experience. Very rare in this day and age.

I first sent an email to the company, asking for possible causes for My MacBook Pro M1 not working, and they quickly sent a thorough explanation of likely causes, debunking some of what I found on the internet.
Their price to fix it was around half of what Apple would charge, and they did an exceptional job, shipping my laptop back on time, so I was without for a total of 10 days. Absolutely delighted with their service, my Macbook is now as good as new

When my MacBook screen went black I thought that was it. I took it to apple and they told me it would cost at least 600£ to fix. Luckily I found e fix and the completely fixed the screen and redelivered it to me for so much less. Everything works perfectly. Thank you so much!

Fantastic professional timely service! I wanted to updated/upgrade my hard drive and memory on an old MacBook Pro. Managed to speak with Dean (I think) on the phone, he was very knowledgeable and advised it would be no problem, packaged and sent away, back in a week or less, works great.

Incredible; I was told by 2 Apple organisations that Mac was unfixable and to retrieve data would be over 1k. So I thought I’d lost my Mac and all data after dropping mug of coffee on it. after sending my mac book to currys where we purchased it from they sent it back and said they couldnt fix it as it was too old so wouldnt even take a look at it, contacted eFix and the customer service was brilliant from day 1, sent laptop away to them and every thing was smooth sailing they kept me updated on progress and costs and got the laptop back fixed within 1 week. The repairs to my Macbook were scheduled in and I was sent a postage label which also covered the Insurance whilst the machine was in transit. All I had to was securely pack the laptop and deliver it to my local post office. The repair cost was very reasonable included a new screen and battery and the laptop was returned by courier in circa 8 days. Delighted with the service and my machine is as new.
