I've been really impressed with Macade Golf apparel. The trousers are comfortable, fit perfectly, and look great both on and off the course. The sweaters and shirts are lightweight, breathable, and ideal for long rounds, while the windbreakers provide excellent protection without restricting movement. Great quality, modern style, and outstanding value. Highly recommended! ⛳👌

Also, die Ware ist Top, liebevoll verpackt und relativ schnell versendet.
Aber: Retouren sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Es geht nicht schlechter. Rückerstattungen dauern ewig. Habe Ware retourniert. Zuerst bekam ich einen Gutschein der zudem nur 6 Monate gültig war ( was übrigens illegal ist ). Habe mein Geld zurück gefordert. Nach über 3 Wochen immer noch kein Geld (wurde über Paypal bezahlt) zurück erhalten. Man wird von Woche zu Woche vertröstet.

Today, after many many, many, many emails to clear up how much money I am owed on a returned item, I received notice that Macade has completed a refund for $28.62 on a $176 purchase.

So incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. They present as upscale but are far behind in performance.

Die Klamotten sehen schick aus und die Verpackung und der Versand lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig.Nach 3 mal waschen war mein 80 € Tshirt kaputt.So etwas ist mir nur nie passiert.

Customer service did reach out and provide a % refund. I appreciate that they did work with me. I wish I had an undamaged item but I acknowledge their efforts.

Very quick customer service response quickly went silent

Bought during their sale, got a great golf dress. Hand washed prior to wearing, only to find a tear in the fabric.

Inform the company, and they will not refund or replace, stating that since I already touched it, there’s nothing I can do.

1. Why was I sold a defective product
2. Why not just do the right thing and help your customer?

Sad. I really wanted to like them and I had already ordered more items since I thought they would be of a higher quality given their prices.

Very pretty tops and hats i bought, However they sent my package over a week after i had bought it and it came after I had already left on vacation :/ so lowkey pointless.

I’ve now had two separate orders from Macade Golf, and both times the delivery has been an absolute shambles. The products themselves are genuinely good quality no complaints there but the delivery experience ruins everything.

In the South West, Macade rely on FedEx and DHL, and both times my orders were delayed with no explanation, no update, and no communication from Macade at all. It’s a shame because delivery is like the dessert at a restaurant, it’s the last thing you remember, and in my case, it’s been two bad experiences back‑to‑back.

If you’re looking for a last‑minute buy for an event, stay away from Macade. They simply cannot be trusted to get your order to you on time. And the worst part? Macade don’t even reach out when your order is delayed. No apology, no reassurance, nothing.

Yes, the quality is good, but you can get just as good quality from other suppliers who actually offer reliable delivery. After two failed attempts, I no longer trust Macade and won’t be buying from them again.

Mein ganzer Kleiderschrank ist inzwischen voll damit. Das ich 8 Kappen in unterschiedlichen Farben habe, damit sie immer zu den Hosen passen sagt wohl einiges.
Die Cashmere Hoodies liebe ich besonders arg!
Schade, dass es noch keine Schuhe gibt und weitere Jacken und Westen wären spitze!

Habe einen Layer ZOE Flex gekauft. Der Pullover sieht wirklich wunderschön aus und macht optisch einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Leider hat er bereits nach dem ersten Tragen an mehreren Stellen Fäden gezogen und Fusseln gebildet. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Qualität erwartet. Daher stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht.“

I have bought many lovely
Golf clothes over the last 2 years… products are brilliant quality.. service is great you get them arriving in lovely bags and protectors of your clothes and a bag of beautiful free tees! It’s my favourite company to buy golf clothes from… however they have just changed their returns service to fed ex which is useless in the north of England so I cannot get to a fed ex returns outlets… to make it worst I contacted them 10 times though the 2 emails hello@ and orders @ and no response at all … I then sent a message via messenger they said can we help? I think it is bot… but when I typed in my issue no response… or on insta… for days… not I am stuck with an expensive gold top that does not fit and no way of returning …. Sadly I will have to find a new favourite golf clothing business to be loyal to….

Two weeks ago, I placed two orders for a total of four items. They never shipped, never respond and unfortunately I had to file a claim on my credit card. I would avoid this brand at all cost. Unless you want to chase down your money.

I really love there products. Classic and clean. And their customer service is the greatest of them all. I had an issue with a package but Pernilla sorted it out for me in just a couple of minutes. Thanks a lot a really happy customer

I ordered and kept items and had to return 2 pairs of pants that Macade acknowledged receipt of on 1/31/26/. I have had to contact customer service now 3x requesting the refund and I still do not have it.

I ordered many items, had to return most as sizing was inconsistent.I was not ever given the proper credits and was told on email, " it appears some taxes and other charges were not refunded, it seems there may have been a system issue during the return process". After 2 more emails and reaching out ot Anton on messanger customer service, still NO RESPONSE FROM MACADE!
They do not have a phone number but they cannot simply NOY refund me in full and ignore my requests. so frustrating.....

I ordered a substantial amount of clothing from Macade, thought I would give their products a go. Took over 7 days to get a delivery date, they then were not delivered on that date but scheduled 3 days later. I asked for FedEx to leave in a safe place, yet they rang my ring doorbell and refused to do so stating signature required. I asked if he would take to the house across the road that was 10 steps from where he was parked and he refused saying he was on a timer. Have now cancelled delivery to return items. cannot wait 10 days for goods and then failed delivery and refusal to walk 10 steps for signature. Will stick to my normal clothing brands
