Honestly my experience has been nothing but good overall - A family member recommended this company and my driver was nothing but friendly and helpful when we had a few delays, even helping us catch our puppy when she ran loose right before we were about to leave! Was definitely given peace of mind. They always give us a call if there are any traffic delays so we are not just left wondering where our driver was and most of the time we are able to get in contact with the organisation if we have any problems on the day. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

I made arrangements in February 2022 for transport to a wedding and home for June 2022. This was for a Mercedes S class. I paid in full and received a receipt and confirmation via email and text. With less than 24 hours to go, I got a phone call to say they were struggling to find a driver for the amount I have paid, wanted £50 more. With less than 24 hours to go I had no option but to pay. On the day, a Mercedes S class arrived 20 mins early and we had a nice drive to the wedding. On the way home, we received to text to say our car was waiting to pick us up. It was not the arranged car we had paid for ... it was a Mercedes E class.

I won't be using this company again. To pay money for something and then be pushed into a corner to accept poor customer service, an experience I will not return to. I have no trust to use this company again. I feel I have been ripped off. This is a shame.

Great service. The driver was proactive trying to locate us after an extremely busy event and was very patient getting out of the event with very high volumes of traffic. Definitely recommend for a guaranteed pick up and great service

Booked for a special occasion and collection from airport.
They were over an hour late, the car was filthy, driver totally unapologetic and used his actual phone in his hand to navigate us to London and went the wrong way so took 3 times as long.
When i called company to complain and request compensation I was ignored.

I decided to book a car with the M25 chauffeurs Ltd to take us to a special event in London. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. The booking was simple, it was easy to speak to the team at head office and I received regular updates as to where the car was on the day. The best part however was the excellent service we had from our driver, Hasan. Professional, friendly and timely he whisked us into central London quickly and safely in a beautifully comfortable and immaculate car. It was wonderful to be collected in London and dropped back at my house, a luxurious end to a special day. Well worth the cost! Thank you

I had a terrible experience with M25. Our beloved cat was flying into Heathrow airport and we needed to hire a private car to take her home. I phoned up M25 and made it very clear that we were picking up a cat and they had no issues whatsoever. On pick up day, I tried to communicate with our driver, Vedat, to no avail as he barely spoke English and did not understand a single thing I said on the phone. Luckily he turned out to be from my home country so we could speak our native language, but I can’t imagine what it would have been like if he wasn’t!

When I said that we were picking up a cat, he said that this is a problem for him because his wife is allergic to cats and that he cannot risk riding in a car with a cat for this reason. This made no sense whatsoever as he was using the company car, not his own personal car, and the cat was in a carrier. He put us in a very difficult situation and made it sound like it was our fault because “we didn’t inform them in advance”, even though this was the first thing I mentioned on the phone when I made the booking! He reluctantly took the cat into the car’s boot, where she got really uneasy and we were worried sick the whole journey. He even told me that if I wasn’t from his home country he wouldn’t have taken the cat at all!

Overall, I was really unhappy about the way we were treated just because we had a cat. I tried to speak to someone from M25 about this incident but I never heard back from them. Needless to say, I will never be using their services again.

Rozita collected us on time, she is polite, friendly and very efficient. We had a stress free journey again. We will definitely use this service again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Our driver (Mohamed) was on time, engaging and a font of information to our questions on how life has changed in the UK since our last visit 3 years ago. The transfer was seamless and we would use M25 on further visits to the UK.

Used for our Wedding and would never use again, no update the day before as promised on the drivers details, car arrived with no wedding ribbon as promised in the booking which was upsetting for the bride on her special day, the driver then started driving to the reception not the ceremony, if it wasn’t for the father of the bride luckily pointing this out to the driver, they wouldn’t have made it on time to the ceremony, complete nightmare, ruined part of our big day, very disappointed in an apparent Chauffeur company that gave us no peace of mind on the day. No compensation offered, avoid…

We used M25 Chauffeurs Ltd on the
16th October 2021, for our wedding.
We booked a white Rolls Royce for the Bride
and a seven seater Mercedes for the Bridesmaids. The cars didn't have white ribbons on, and the Mercedes was just like a transit taxi. The drivers were not very smartly dressed considering it was a wedding. Because the Bride was late coming to the Church, because we had photos taken at the Old Priory in Dunstable, at 4.30pm one of the drivers said time up., We were very disappointed with the company.

Excellent Service, The Rolls Royce I got today was a charming, beautiful interior very knowledgeable Chauffeur Driver. Our Guest loves the Service we will surely book our return Journey, Thanks.
