Vueling Airlines Recenzje 

Very disappointing airline: unfriendly staff, no customer service, and an overall unpleasant experience. I do not recommend it.

Great support experience. Had to make a change to my flight and the call centre staff were great. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

Der Rückflug mit Vueling war eine Katastrophe. Zuerst stehe ich einen Tag vor der Abreise sehr früh auf, um unseren Online Check-In vorzunehmen. Am Abreisetag sind wir dann an den Check-In Schalter zu einer Dame. Wir haben ihr auch unser Online Check-In gezeigt und sie meinte es wäre alles gut sie sieht das. Dann hat sie unsere 3 Koffer reingeschoben und uns im Nachhinein gezeigt, dass wir 36€ nachzahlen müssen und direkt ein Kartenlesegerät hingehalten. Beim Hinflug (Eurowings) hatten wir über 20Kg frei, haben wir alle 3 nicht erreicht. Irgendwo in den Unterlagen klein geschrieben steht, dass bei Vueling weniger erlaubt ist. Die Dame hätte uns aber auch hinweisen können. Ich hatte noch Trinken im Koffer, welches ich hätte rausnehmen können. In meinen Augen eine reine Abzocke. Wir sind dann in Richtung Gate gegangen und als ich auf unsere Flugtickets geschaut habe sah ich, dass wir nun 2 Plätze weit vorne und 1 Platz ganz hinten haben. Nach dem Online Check-In saßen wir noch zusammen. Als wir online uns erkundigt haben, fanden wir heraus, dass dies wohl durch den Check-In bei der Dame passiert ist. Warum sagt sie uns dann nicht, dass wir woanders einchecken müssen?
Die FLuggesellschaft werde ich nie wieder nehmen, versprochen!

It's been a long time since i didn't have such a bad service... Everything is bad for the reservation to the experience itself. Avoid this company !

Vol pour Ibiza, personnel désagréable au possible, à éviter

The worse company, avoid it at all costs! Poor or inexistent CS, terrible staff, delays. I have no words. How can the EU accept this company to operate, this is the real question.

Pas sympathiques voir antisémites le personnel de bord...en plus, ils s'en prennent à des enfants et des étudiants.

Nul de chez nul je pense que ça suffit amplement. Le prix les bagages le personnel navigant (surtout) les pilotes

Très gros retard et le personnel n’est pas du tout aimable. En plus TOUT est payant…

Expérience de voyage la pire que j ai connu, personnels désagréables, tout est payant, bientôt on va payer pour aller aux toilettes si ça continue. Je ne suis pas prêt à reprendre cette compagnie soit disant low cost

The flight was one hour late, it could happen. Once inside we had to wait 1,5 hour more, it could happen. But why the staff are so unfriendly ? They let us with no water, no air conditioning and acting as it was our fault.
Never ever that company

La pire compagnie de tous les temps ! mauvais service, toujours en retard, surtout ne demandez rien aux hotesses, elles ne sont pas la pour aider...du low low low cost

I flew with Vueling in June on a Paris-Valencia flight and the experience was just catastrophic: unpleasant staff, poor security, disgusting plane.

Service is absolutely catastrophic, safety measure very light and unacceptable

Lamentable.

Tenemos que llevar una mochila como equipaje de mano, cada vez hacen las medidas más pequeñas y en el embarque, la mochila que entraba, no les convencía y nos la han roto, además que por el forcejeo recibí dos cortes en los dedos por su culpa. Al final, como habíamos recibido daño físico y LAS MOCHILAS ENTRABAN, nos dejaron pasar. Encima dentro del avión la gente deja las mochilas en los compartimentos superiores. Si es que van a comisión cobrando y cada vez va a ser peor.

No voy a volver a usar vueling.
