If I could give zero stars, I would.
Purchased items as a present for my wife. They arrived in a couple of weeks and were terrible quality. When you think of Chinese sweat shops, these are the sorts of clothes I think of. Nothing like the photos or description, poor stitching, very thin cheap materials and just general tat. I saw in another review that someone stated they are the standard of things you get at a carnival or travelling fair and I couldn't think of a better way to describe them.
The worst part was the customer service. Trying to work out how to arrange a return was not straight forward and I had to contact customer support. Several days of back and forth responses with them refusing to provide a returns address and trying to get me to accept a part refund and just to keep the items to donate to charity. The fact they dont even want their own clothes back and offer this just shows how cheap they are to make and send out. Finally after several days of arguing they succumbed and provided an address and confirmed the return is at the buyers own cost and they must be returned in 7 days. I live in the UK and the returns address is in America! That's right, you read that correctly, they ship from China but the returns address is America, unless you live in Spain and then they give you an EU address to make a return. Needless to say, it was more expensive to return the items than it was to purchase them in the first place (which I believe is the whole con in the first place, provide rubbish clothes and hope people will accept a part refund and not make a return so they maintain making some form of profit).
Reluctantly I have had to accept a part refund and I will stick them in a charity bin.
Utter rubbish, AVOID at all costs, you will regret it if you have problems, but if cheap ill fitting tat and terrible customer service is your standard, then Rosegal is right up your street.
