Sembra una ditta seria perchè il sito è fatto molto bene.
Poi scopri che è una "Cinesata" che gli ordini vengono consegnati come Shein, dicono 20 giorni ma ci mettono più del doppio.
La qualità dei materiali è scarsa, l'unica cosa che non è da prodotto cinese è il PREZZO!

I bought two pairs of shoes, but after 6 weeks the shoes broke down. I complaint about that and twice they answered in Chinese ... :) Several times I repeated my complaint on the contactform, send pictures from the shoes and requiered my money back.

This was the answer to me: "This order was delivered over 30 days. According to our Return Policy, we are unable to offer after-sales service as the claim period has expired. We would like to add 200 reward points to your account as a gesture of goodwill. You can use them as discount for your future purchase."

Of course I did not agree, because the shoes broke down áfter the named 30 days!
So I was persistant, used several times the contactform ánd the live chat. I blamed NewChic for no quality, no garantuee and no service. But thén someone of the customerservice was reacting seriously!! Within half a day they refunded the total amount! This complaintprocess took 14 days!

I told them I appreciated this service ...

This is my second review of New Chic - a clothing "company" located in Hong Kong China. I ordered two shirts from this company back on March 30, 2020. It's now June 22 and I still have not received my shirts, have received NO information regarding the status of my order from the company.... I wrote a review of New Chic a few weeks ago (on or around June 5, 2020 -which I updated today to change some spelling and grammar errors)

Prior to that review I "chatted" with Kenneth on two separate occasions a few weeks apart. He told me my order was "in transit" and I would be notified as soon as information was available. Today is June 22, 2020. I still have not received any information regarding my order, I had a chat with Taylor today on June 22, 2020 -my third such interaction with Customer Service from New Chic. Talyor's information was....the same information I received from Kenneth ... "your order is on it's way to the destination and once it passes international customs inspection you will be notified of its status"

During today's chat with Taylor... he merely echoed the same information almost word for word that Kenneth gave me weeks ago. It has been a total of 73 days since my initial order..... Clearly no one had any idea about the status of my order.

I made it clear to Taylor I wanted a refund of the $43 spent on the original order OR have New Chic send a new order with express shipping, given it's likely I will NEVER see my original order. Taylor just kept repeating the same mantra I got from Kenneth and given to hundreds of other New Chic customers regarding refunds.... that ..."because your order has been "shipped" we are unable to provide a refund at this time". Taylor had the "nerve" to type ..... "be assured your Money is Safe with Us" I'm sure it is!

So hopefully you read this and hundreds of other reviews that clearly identify New Chic as a SHAM company... One that has slick ads on Facebook, AOL and other internet locations... A company that advertises trendy hip clothing, COVID masks and other items... totally misrepresents their company policies, takes your money and maybe .. if the sun stars and moon all align correctly you will get something. Many report not even receiving correct items.

Forget customer service -it does NOT EXIST. Forget getting a refund -their policies make that impossible. Keep in mind, last count, 93% of responding customers rated New Chic as BAD -giving them one star (many saying they wished they could give ZERO stars)

My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest, disrespectful, offer NO HELP, NO attempt to resolve problems. THEY ARE A SHAM ....

Glad my order arrived, but that’s the only good thing about it. I didn’t read reviews before ordering :(
Clothes are nothing like the description. Synthetic fabrics when it says cotton on the website, for example. What a fake.

IT BEEN OVER 100 DAYS THAT MY PURCHASE WASN'T DELIVERED. I WROTE THEM AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A RESPONSE. UNPROFESSIONALS!

I bought a red fluffy jumper from there. When it arrived the color was darker, the sides weren’t sewn fully and the drawstrings were uneven. After seeing the returns policy and realizing it’d cost more to ship the item than I paid FOR the item, I decided to keep it and just wear it as a pj top. But after sleeping in it for one night my bed sheets and pillow were stained pink from it. After washing it twice it still stained the bed sheets. I’ve given it up on wearing it.

Klamotten viel zu klein und in schlechter sehr dünner Qualität. Bei Reklamation soll ich es nach China zurück schicken. Kein wirkliches Entgegenkommen. Mies. Nie wieder. Keine Empfehlung an Freunde.

Thanks for the reply. Clearly you didn't read my review as I indicated I spoke with Live Chat to no avail. Your web page shows the tracking number doesn't exist and USPS is showing the label was created but they haven't received the package. How does your reply help with my problem? It doesn't nor did Live Chat! Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired so please understand I will never buy anything from your site again nor will I recommend it to anyone I know!

Ordered the white slip on tennis shoe w/canvas top. I loved them so much I got a pair for a friend. Love these shoes!

If I could give it a '0' rating I would in a blink of an eye. I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and haven't received it. When contacted their customer service I was told the product was delivered a few days before at 6pm which isn't possible - the mail delivery cut off time where I live is 4pm and the place it was 'delivered to' closes at 5. I was informed they weren't going to look into the issue (even though it's their legal obligation) and of course that I wasn't going to get my money back.
Please avoid!!

El día 23 de noviembre hice un pedido de guantes de invierno por valor de 12,71€. Pero el producto no ha llegado ni me han reintegrado el dinero. Tampoco han contestado a mis comentarios.
Es la primera vez que compró a esta empresa, pero no volveré a hacerlo.
NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN ESTA EMPRESA.
PD. Si contestan a mi reclamación y me devuelven el dinero, me comprometo a cambiar este comentario

Det gik meget nemt med at bestille og få varen, men returnering er meget omstændig og besværligt. Skal både tage billeder og måle for at beskrive problemet. Vil aldrig mere købe eller anbefale denne side.

To escape absolutely. I have not listened to negative reviews and I pay double the price of my stupidity !!!
To summarize I describe the scam: they advertise for items that are good but you never get your order due to out of stock. And if you make a try to recommend the same article, the miracle one accepts your order without signaling a waiting period or saying that the item is out of stock
To get your money back do not dream you are not going to receive anything and do not expect to be able to chat with someone from their home.
I have not taken into account the opinions of those who preceded me, and I pay the price of my nonsense; To future buyers I say just think before you take out your bank card

pour résumer je vous décris l'arnaque : ils mettent de la pub pour des articles qui sont bien mais tu ne reçois jamais ta commande pour cause de rupture de stock . et si tu fais un essaye pour recommander le même article , la par miracle on accepte ta commande sans signaler un délai d'attente ou dire que l'article est en rupture de stock
pour récupérer votre argent ne rêvez pas vous n'allez rien recevoir et n’espérer pas pouvoir discuter avec quelqu'un de chez eux .
moi je n'ai pas tenu compte des avis de ceux qui m'ont précédé et je paye le prix de ma bêtises ; aux futur acheteurs je dis tout simplement réfléchissez avant de sortir votre carte de banque
