Disappointing..........
I was finally able to put my garage man cave together along with my Lynseriess light up Ducks metal sign......!!!! Low and behold it only partially lit....... I should have sent it back from the moment I received it, as it was poorly packaged in shipping. It already had a bend in the sign when I opened it that I had to straighten..... I'm probably passed the point of return by now. Don't really care to replace or deal with the hassle of an exchange. As of now, it'll just be an unlit and slightly more expensive nick-nack.

Great Christmas Gift!
I received my Philadelphia Eagles sign 2 weeks after I placed the order. It came as described, well packaged and looks great! Lynseriess kept me updated with emails on the progress of the order and provided a tracking number with UPS. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Great customer support response time
Had an issue with tracking information but the company reached out quickly and addressed the situation and it was the carriers fault for not updating the status. (Proof was provided) Loved the quick response.
