Beyond Brutal. From start to finish all dealings with this Mickey mouse company was dreadful. Bad mannered staff in BT Dundrum. Quality very cheap. Online ordering non existent. Still waiting on an order for my daughter even though I told her not to buy from them. No delivery. No reply to emails. No tracking info. I'm going to take them to the small claims court. Please avoid and don't put yourself through the same stress. Try ordering from Betty and Biddy. Much better quality and customer service is great. The items are very similar too

Faulty necklace, extremely disappointing support
I received a personalised necklace as a gift which discoloured after less than a week of normal wear, clearly indicating a fault. Despite this, I’ve experienced an unreasonable amount of resistance when simply asking for an exchange. I am not requesting a refund.
I live in Spain and will not be returning for 6–12 months, and even then I do not live in Dublin where the item was purchased. The expectation that I must return in person to the original store, with full packaging, for a faulty item is completely impractical and disproportionate.
I’ve never had this level of hassle trying to exchange a faulty product, even for items costing ten times the price. The necklace was worn while travelling back to Spain, so of course the original packaging is no longer available.
Customer service have repeatedly focused on policy rather than the fact that the item became faulty in under a week. Extending the return date until I eventually return home does not resolve the issue.
Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of flexibility or accountability for a faulty product. I would not recommend based on this experience.

They wanted me to come back when Lynott manager was on shift but I insisted on dealing with BT2 manager who in fairness gave me a full refund without question.

Don’t know what happened with this company but service is terrible. Purchased four items four weeks ago and not received. Got an email back after a number of days to say items were delayed and they were working on shipping them this was 2 weeks ago. After a number of emails (which remain unanswered) they just cancelled my order. Terrible service I wouldn’t be bothered buying anything from them again.

HORRIBLE experience with lynott jewellery. Ordered an online gift card, this was meant to be delivered via email on Christmas Day to the recipient, it never arrived, causing complete embarrassment on Christmas Day. Lynott customer support say that email gift cards are delivered via an automated process so it should have arrived, and had no explanation as to why it didn’t arrive….. and to add salt to the wound I was meant to get a free pair of earrings that never arrived, money hungry company who doesn’t care about customers

Lynott jewellery in Arnotts has to be the worst online shopping experience of my life. You buy an online voucher and NEVER receive the redeeming code to use at checkout, and even after numerous attempts to contact the shop, through email, phone or by their website contact page, still nothing!!! As this was part of a Christmas present that couldn’t be gifted, I am extremely disappointed that a reputable store like Arnotts would be connected with them. Stay away from these unprofessional bunch of robbers.

The single WORST shopping and customer service experience of my life. Be warned a truly awful company to buy from. Bought an engraved necklace. When it arrived you can’t read the inscription - contacted them with photos to demonstrate - AI replied asking me for info I had given 😭😭. Finally got dealing with a customer email address - no personal name would be given at the sign offs.4-5 days between any replies. Messed me around repeatedly and in the end refused to do anything about it. Last time shopping here and will be telling anyone I know to do the same.

The customer service was terrible. I ordered a heart shaped gold necklace personalised and I received a circular silver one. Then I was told I’d get a refund and a free gift. I ordered another necklace and it came with no personalisation. I spent almost €100 on 2 necklaces. Eventually they sent me the correct one and I received a refund

How this company is still going is beyond me. Terrible cheap jewellery and very very bad customer service. I expect a lot more from a shop housed in Brown Thomas and Arnotts! Don’t buy anything…you’ll be disappointed and that’s even if it arrives!

I never ever leave a bad review on a small Irish business but my god, if I could give minus stars I would have. Ordered 10 chains back in Sept, some were sent out wrong, wrong engraving, wrong initial letters etc, and I’ve been chasing them ever since! It’s absolutely disgraceful, we are now November and I am still no further! It’s a disgrace!! They told me 2 weeks ago they would send the chain and it would take 3-5 working days, last Friday still nothing in the post, so emailed them again and they admitted it was never sent, told me they would have the warehouse prioritise it on Monday, and here we are Friday again and still nothing received and they haven’t responded to my emails. No phone number to contact them! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! How they have lasted with their customer service been so bad is beyond me. Their influencers they have on board to flog their stuff is the only thing keeping them a float I’d say

I should have read other people's reviews before purchasing.. terrible & slow customer care, half my order still missing & still chasing refunds for these items, 2 months this is going on, the quality of some of the jewelry is cheap & tacky, tarnished upon buying it, and no returns because everything i bought was on sale, would never buy from here again

One item was broke so I followed up with customer service about. I have sent at least 5 emails. I just want a refund but I keep getting the same response we will send you out a replacement let us know how you would like to proceed. All I want is a refund. No phone contact number. I will never buy or purchase from this company again !!!!

Issues ongoing since July, the two custom pieces I ordered took over a month to arrive, they were only sent after I reached out to check on the order, the order was €130, not cheap! Then in September a bracelet that I got broke, and it is now nearly the end of October, they told me in end of sep they were sending out a replacement, and I have contacted both the customer service and instagram 6/7 times with no resolution. Absolute joke of a customer service team, how brown Thomas is stocking their items is crazy to me. 0/10
