Really did not want to leave one star .. a truly awful experience .. jacket that I ordered had obviously been photoshopped .. a ghastly third rate piece of clothing arrived .. wrong item .. was replaced by another third rate piece of rubbish .. inter action with company seemed hopeful but came to nothing .. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY …

I Had to rate 1 star as no option to give Zero. Order item not fit for purpose. Same Chinese supplier continually setting up accounts in different company names under the pretence of a UK High Street shop. Cannot contact them when order arrives, cannot send back or get refund. Overpriced TAT that does not look anything like advertised. Very poor quality fabric and print. Scam Scam Scam stay well clear and always check supplier rating as they are continually setting up under new names.

We had EXACTLY the same experience as Christine.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...!

Chinese company looks like UK website
Looks like uk based business but Chinese. Ordered 2 dresses, very poor quality and poor fit. Took over a month to arrive. Offered 15% discount to keep dresses eventually increased to 30%
Cost to send back £21 ,advised by company even if tracked they might not receive goods and will only give refund after they receive dresses also I may have to incur custom charges . I feel conned , I will never order from them again, avoid at all costs.

Very poor quality dress arrived after 4 weeks from China. Description on website says cotton but it’s actually polyester.
Don’t be fooled by the AI images.

Dreadful, don’t buy anything from this company, shoddy materials, no UK return address, have to return to China for a refund. I have told them I’m going to trading standards as this business needs taking to task. Sooner more people know about this appalling business the better!

Terrible! The items I ordered weren't even as they advertised it and when I requested a refund, they claimed I had to ship the items to a warehouse in Asia. Where in the world does that make sense to anyone? Avoid these rats at all cost.

Do not buy from this firm. Very shoddy materials used and dreadful workmanship. Refunds are only available if you return goods to warehouse in Asia!!

Ordered jacket but too small. There was no return instructions. Contacted customer service who have given me the run around since 2 May. They either don't reply or come up with unacceptable resolutions. I am no further forward and my last 2 emails have again been ignored. I want my money back and will be reporting to trading standards. Seems I'm not the only one who has beef with this company.

Cannot get hold of company Lynn & Co (going since 2004). They say 'started as a family business has now grown into one of the most renowned online stores in the United Kingdom'. I am trying to get in touch to get a return sorted and a refund for the 'Jayla™ Flowy Long Dress' which I ordered. It's nothing like their website, the fabric is cheap. I have e-mailed several times but am NOT getting any responses or replies. Their website has a returns policy, this written in a foreign language and there is no way to translate to English or even a contact number, customer service. Think this company is awful to deal with and will be surprised if they reply and I get my refund....I would avoid!!!

2 truitjes besteld en betaald en vervolgens bericht van dhl dat de bestelling was geleverd. Maar helaas niets te bekennen, niet bij de buren, niet bij de voordeur niets dus! Daarna 100x gemaild maar geen reactie.
Het lijkt er op dat ik dus mijn geld kwijt ben. Stom dat ik hier in ben gestonken. Dus blijf hier van weg!

Jammer dat ik nog een ster moet geven.
Vijf mails en nog geen antwoord. Inmiddels is de retourtijd verstreken en zit ik met een veel te dure flut kwaliteit trui. De website zet je op een verkeerd been. Het zijn misleidende foto's en omschrijvingen!
Ga dit sowieso melden!

Ze maken reclame met 1 + 1 overhemd, dwz 1 betalen plus 1 gratis. Besteld, en na 3 weken wachten 1 overhemd thuisgekregen. Ik kan mailen naar een door hen opgegeven mailadres, maar er wordt gewoon niet gereageerd. Je wordt op deze manier gewoon bestolen. De foto's van de spullen zien er keurig uit, je krijgt alleen niet waar je voor betaald hebt, en ze reageren nergens op .Gewoon hier NIET kopen.

Vandaag 5-3-2025. Elke dag doe ik hun een mail met de vraag waar mijn bestelling blijft. Helaas tot op heden geen antwoord gehad. Is gewoon een stel oplichters! Koop hier niet!!!

Doen zich heel betrouwbaar en vriendelijk voor. Besteld en betaald. Na weken wachten geen levering.
Op veelvuldig gestuurde emails werd niet gereageerd.

Nooit iets ontvangen en nooit reactie gekregen. Helaas opgelicht

Na weken wachten krijg je eindelijk de levering. Maten te klein, maar op vraag hoe retourneren blijft het oorverdovend stil.
Niet te vertrouwen!

Door de negatieve berichten toch geprobeerd, kleding is anders van kleur en maat. Ene heeft 5 cm langere mouwen en andere is 4cm breder en toch zelfde maat. 1x geprobeerd maar nooit meer. Kwaliteit is echt slecht
