Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Recenzje

Greg has delivered on a fantastic service to relocate me and my Labrador Simba from Oxfordshire to Veenendaal in the Netherlands. Simba had lots of space treats and water available and was treated like a true king throughout the journey. Definite recommendation from me, thank you Greg you have made the journey flawless.

Very happy that we picked this company for bringing our little dog back home to London. Very precise with timings, very nice, a great driver, and overly a great experience completely stress free. Would highly recommend !!!
Thank you for such a great trip home :)))

Excellent company . Great communication from start to finish .
A 1000km trip with 3 animals was not something we were looking forward to undertaking but it was very smooth, the animals were very comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have used Luxury Pet Taxi twice now and will happily use them again and again! Greg and Monika have good reason to be proud of their business - they provide the most amazing customer service; friendly, helpful and incredibly accommodating. I had some issues with my flights and needed to rearrange a few things, they were so helpful and communicative and made sure the pickups went smoothly. Nothing was a problem for them - they took all the stress away. Their vehicles are indeed luxury, and absolutely spotless; you'd never know an animal had ever been in them! Greg is a very safe driver, he stopped when we needed to, provided water and snacks (and treats!) and was so sweet to my dog. Honestly, I wish I could give them 100 stars. Thank you Greg and Monika and hope to see you again soon!

We did the trip from Colchester to Toulouse. It went really well, we made frequent stops, we were well looked after by our driver . A very good trip with this service. We would definitely recommend it and do it again.

The essential part of Frida‘s (Maine Coon) and my “big move” - the journey from Lincoln to Hamburg - was made so much easier by Monica’s efficient planning and Greg’s calm and confident driving. Both were incredibly kind and helpful.

Monika could not have been more accommodating from our very first contact and throughout our communication all the arrangements were simple and straightforward. We travelled from Athens to Brussels with our two cats, where a delightful driver 'Martin' met us and drove us to North Norfolk. I would recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone considering this option to return to the UK with pets. A Five Star Service.

I can’t say enough kind words about Monika and Greg. My little girl travelled from Belgium back to the uk with them in style. From the first time I spoke to Monika until they dropped off Poppy they were first class. Making sure all the documents were correct, ensuring Poppy was comfortable and happy at all times and regularly updating me as to how they were getting on and what Poppy was getting up to. Of you need someone to care for your fury loved ones as you would, then these are the guys you need in your life.
Monika & Greg, thank you for all you have done for Poppy!

Thank you so much for a flawless and comfortable transfer of our three cats from Paris to London this weekend.

The service was impeccable, the vehicle clean and spacious for us, the cats and several large suitcases.

Greg is a very seasoned driver who instills full confidence in his driving and experience with transporting and ‘importing’ pets within various countries.

Prior to the trip, we had been nervous about the transfer, but Monika’s quick responses to our questions and Greg’s expertise really made this into a very pleasant experience.

We have no plans to be moving anytime soon again but we will definitely use this service again, if needed.

Thank you!

Fantastic service. Monika was efficient, on the ball, and super helpful. We were in safe hands with Constantin the whole time, and he kept me calm even when we ran into paperwork issues and had to rush to the vet.
Highly recommended. So glad I went with them.

I had a great experience with this luxury pet taxi service from Paris to London! Vio, our driver, was incredibly friendly and professional. He reached out the day before to confirm details and was in constant communication the day of my flight, which was such a relief after a long journey. When I couldn’t find the meeting spot outside the airport, Vio went above and beyond by helping me locate him—he even came to where I was standing after I sent a video. The drive was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free, both for me and my dog. Vio made the entire trip enjoyable, and I couldn’t recommend this service enough for anyone traveling with a pet. Five stars all the way!

My husband, I and our dog, Ralphie (English Bulldog) traveled with Luxury Pet Taxis from Edinburgh, Scotland to Spain, Alicante region, this was a relocation to our home in Spain. We had never done this before, and so I had little knowledge or expectations, so being able to completely rely on their expertise was just amazing. Monika managed all the logistics and booking prior to the trip, kept me informed and provided advice when needed. Greg, our driver for 3 days picked us up as planned and literally loaded the car with all our stuff himself, he immediately took to Ralphie and off we went. Not only the 3 days with Greg were bringing us closer and closer to our dream home, but we had fun, shared good laughs but most importantly we felt very safe, and without a doubt we were looked after like royalty, with Ralphie as the main VIP on board.
The car was excellent, very comfortable, clean and we got fresh water every day, scheduled stops were well managed so we were never behind the planned arrivals at the hotels, which were all sorted out by Monika in advance.

Crossing the border with any pet, after Brexit is actually complicated and could have been stressful, however with Greg having done this multiple times we were in and out in under 5 min, and no drama at all.

I cannot recommend the LPT enough, not only for their extremely professional attitude to providing the service, but for actually caring and making sure they knew all we needed, so they could look after us in the best possible way. The customer service was simply outstanding, I have written initial review about LPT here before, and I will say this again, I work in customer service myself and am very particular on how I treat my customers, and how I want to be treated, it goes without any doubt that LPT are one of very few businesses I came across in the UK and Europe that I would say are most customer focused and never let you down.

Both, Monika and Greg are very personable and easy going people, with great sense of humor, which totally made our trip stress free, relaxed and pleasant.

Thank you very much LPT for bringing us home to Spain, wishing you all the very best and more successes in your business.

Gosia, Rob & Ralphie

Excellent service from booking to our destination in the UK. Monika was always available if we had any problems and Vio our driver was wonderful. Our dog Betty is such an anxious dog we worried about a pet taxi. However we felt at ease once we were collected from the train station and when we arrived back at folkestone Betty had slept all the way. Would highly recommend

Greg was our driver and Monika coordinated our trip and both were very kind, fair and helpful.

The trip went very smoothly as Greg was a great driver and guided us (me, my girlfriend and our two cats) through the Eurotunnel and to our new home in England.

Definitely recommend!

We had a perfect experience with Luxury Pet Taxi last week from France to the UK. The driver is friendly and helpful. The car is new and wide. Our 4 fur babies were totally relaxed in the car. It was a wonderful trip!

From the first moment we made contact with Luxury Pet Taxi we had a friendly and professional experience. Monika was always there to respond quickly and effectively to our queries. Greg met us with a friendly smile at our agreed meeting point with his immaculately clean spacious car and was equally professional, friendly, and accommodating to us and our elderly dog to whom he referred to as his VIP guest!

Travelling back and forth to the UK is no easy task but with Luxury Pet Taxi it was made most comfortable and stress free for us and our dog. Our only regret is that we didn’t find Luxury Pet Taxi sooner.

We would highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress free solution to travel with your pets.

Exceptional and friendly service! Monika and Greg are communicating incredibly well from the first inquiry to agreed pick-up and take care of all bookings. The pets can travel on the backseat in a very nice and spacious car. Absolutely worth it for a stress free journey. Highly recommended!

Amazing service from start to finish. Super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress free service with your pet. Monika was great and answered all emails and questions quickly. Greg was on time, very helpful and a top guy!! Would use again in a heartbeat.

Great service for my dog and myself
Greg and Monika are super helpful and give you a warm welcoming. Thank you 🙏🏼

We recently used Luxury Pet Taxi to transport our beloved dog Aston from Paris to London, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Initially, we were a bit skeptical about the whole process, but Monica was fantastic. She took the time to chat with us, addressing all our concerns and making everything clear. Her professionalism and reassurance played a big part in our decision to choose Luxury Pet Taxi.

The journey itself was smooth and stress-free, which was incredibly important to us, especially for our dog Aston. The vehicle was impeccably clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed to ensure a relaxing trip. The driver Greg was punctual, courteous, and clearly experienced, making us feel at ease right away.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the genuine care for our dog Aston. Greg and Monica made sure that our pet was comfortable throughout the journey, with frequent stops for water and walks. It was clear that the welfare of our dog was a top priority.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We were kept informed of every detail, and the entire trip was tailored to our needs and preferences. Arriving in London, everything was exactly as planned, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Luxury Pet Taxi provided a level of service that far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and luxurious transport option for their pets. We’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!
