Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Recenzje

More than anything, it is the possibility that the Service even exists. For us pet parents the LUXURY of making the journey with them. From organising with Monica to the drive with Greg it was all smooth and effortless. All the stress went out and they are lovely human beings doing wonderful work. I wish them all the best and success.

We booked our trip with Monika for travel from Ashford to Calais as part of our much longer drive from Glasgow to Almería Spain. Communication with Monika was really good, she replied quickly and gave clear details. Our driver Eric was exceptional. He arrived just ahead of the scheduled time and we were delighted to get on the road. His car was extremely clean and smelled lovely. He helped with our luggage and was very polite and welcoming. He drove very well and we were safe and comfortable. He paid attention to our little dog and even supplied us all with bottled water. He took us straight to our destination and even waited to make sure we got our hire car ok. I can’t rate Luxury Pet Taxi highly enough, thank you both for helping with this part of our long journey

I had to book a last minute taxi from Paris to Folkestone to bring my cat home . I couldn’t fly from Switzerland to UK with my pet in cabin. So I booked a flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport where I was picked up by Krys who provided a 5 star service.
The service was excellent from the beginning to end. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to bring your pet home to England . Thank you all for your help.

We made it! 🥹❤️

Luxury Pet Taxi were absolutely incredible from start to finish. My cat was very scared after having to travel by metro and by plane, but as soon as we got into the car, he became so much calmer and relaxed.

We were looked after so well throughout the journey, and Greg and Monika were both incredibly kind, friendly and reassuring. The service was excellent, and they made what could have been a very stressful part of the journey feel so much easier.

I would 100% recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone travelling with a pet. Thank you so much, Greg and Monika! ❤️

Had the best experience with luxury pet taxi! Greg was super great the whole time, he contacted me prior to my arrival and ensured the whole journey went smoothly for me and Teddy. Also really appreciated that Monika was very responsive with all communication from the start. Overall their experience and expertise made the whole experience stress free, can’t recommend using their sevice more!

Greg and Monika were friendly and very helpful in our visit to the UK with our toy poodle Daisy 😊 was in constant and clear communication and didn’t regret anything. Will use their service again if we visit the UK again!

We had an amazing experience with Luxury Pet Taxi. To start, Monika was so helpful and communicative all the way through. It was a worrying prospect going from a cruise terminal in Southampton with way too many bags AND our dog to Paris, but Greg and Monika made it a breeze. Greg is an expert and knew exactly what to do every step of the way which meant we could all just sit back and relax. They also made it very easy for us to pick up our EU animal health certificate on the way to the Eurotunnel which saved us a huge headache! Thank you for your kindness and great service and love for our doggy. We had a great trip and are happy to be in our new home with Monika and Greg’s help!

We booked a trip from Sevenoaks to Frankfurt am Main for a German Shepherd dog, a child, an adult and lots of suitcases.
Very smooth experience.

Excellent communication ahead of the trip with updates and clear steps what to expect. Good driver - my child who usually gets car sick was fine. Highly recommended.

Greg & Monika were absolutely amazing. I was relocating from New York to London and they helped me get my Brussels Griffon into the UK. They were insightful with what and how to prepare for the journey, and then the journey itself was so smooth. The car was amazingly clean, they had a little bed for my pup to sleep on and they took care of everything. I will certainly be using them again when my pet and I travel! I’m very impressed with this service.

I would like to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful service I received from your driver, Krys, during my journey from Paris to London with my pet.

Krys was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire journey. He was professional, polite, kind, and extremely considerate of both my needs and my pet’s comfort. Travelling such a long distance with a pet can be stressful, but Krys made the experience feel easy, relaxed, and reassuring.

I particularly appreciated how understanding he was when I asked to stop so that my pet could have a break, relax, and feel comfortable. He was very patient and accommodating, and never made me feel that my requests were an inconvenience.

Krys also took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. His calm manner, excellent driving, and thoughtful attitude made a real difference.

I wanted to make sure you know what a credit Krys is to your service. He went above and beyond to make our journey safe, comfortable, and pleasant, and I would be very happy to travel with him again.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I was picked up in Brussels and taken all the way to London, and the professionalism, care and communication throughout were brilliant.

They’re a lovely couple with a genuine love for dogs, and you can really feel that this is a family run business built with care. It made the whole experience feel incredibly comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t recommend them enough! 🐾❤️

Amazing experience, both Greg and Monika were very kind and available to help us with our journey. Their expertise of crossing the border with pets was calming and reassuring, and everything was seamless.

Travelling with a beloved pet can easily become one of the most stressful parts of a journey, especially when crossing an international border, but Luxury Pet Taxi managed to turn ours into something completely different: a relaxed, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable experience.

Our excellent experience actually began well before the journey itself, thanks to Monika, who handled our initial enquiries as well as all the administrative and bureaucratic aspects connected with travelling with a pet across the border. She was always extremely helpful, responsive and reassuring, guiding us clearly through every step and making what could have been a complicated process feel remarkably simple. Her professionalism, patience and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind from the very beginning.

My wife and I then travelled from Paris to London with our beagle, Oliver, accompanied by our wonderful driver, Greg. From the moment we met him, we immediately felt that we were in safe hands. He was incredibly professional, kind and attentive, but what impressed us most was the genuine care he showed towards Oliver. It was obvious that, for Greg, our dog was not simply another passenger, but truly part of the family.

The whole journey was smooth and perfectly organised. Greg made sure that all three of us were comfortable and relaxed throughout the trip. His friendliness and pleasant company made the hours on the road pass surprisingly quickly, while the excellent preparation and organisation provided by Monika meant that the border crossing was handled smoothly and without unnecessary stress.

Oliver arrived in London happy, calm and completely stress-free — which, for us, says everything.

Luxury Pet Taxi really does make you feel that your pet is a VIP passenger. When someone is looking after a member of your family, professionalism matters, but kindness, reliability and genuine love for animals matter even more. Monika and Greg gave us all of that, each in their own way.

We arrived in London feeling that we had not simply booked a transfer, but that we had been looked after from our very first enquiry until the moment we reached our destination.

A heartfelt thank you to Monika and Greg, and to the entire Luxury Pet Taxi team, from Luca, Alessandra and, of course, Oliver 🐾❤️.

We could not recommend them highly enough and would choose them again without hesitation for our next journey between Europe and the UK.

Five stars simply don’t feel enough!

Greg picked us up right on time and was very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We’re definitely booking Luxury Pet Taxi for our next trip.

From the very beginning—starting with my initial email—right through to the end, meaning all the way to our front door, I received incredibly friendly, professional, and wonderful service. It was a very comfortable journey for both me and my dog.
Thank you so much for everything, Luxury Pet Service. I recommend you to everyone; you certainly won't regret it.

Absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend Monika and her team to anyone looking to transport their pets with them to the UK. Went from CDG to London with our dog without a hitch. Flawless from beginning to end! Thank you!!

We engaged the help of Luxury Pet Taxi to transport our dog and us from Paris CDG airport to London. Monika was prompt in reaching out and arranging all the logistics, including the Eurotunnel ticket and driver. Even when our flight was delayed, she handled all the necessary arrangements to amend the ticket timing. Jakub was also friendly and took great care of us throughout the ride, which made our long journey much comfortable and relaxing. Recommend them if you are looking to ferry your pets from France to the UK!

I would recommend this service to anyone, Monika and Greg are great people, they run a highly organised business that makes you and your pet feel special & it also removes all stress from travelling. 10/10 service thanks again! From Benn & Cleo😊

Monika and Greg at Luxury Pet Taxi were fantastic from start to finish. Monika handled everything by email before I even arrived, and every detail was sorted and clearly communicated. Greg was my driver and he was brilliant: the car was spotless, he met me and helped with my suitcases, and he treated my cat Roo like a true VIP. He was also super friendly, which made the whole journey relaxed and easy.

This is one of the best services I’ve used in a long while. If you need to move a pet safely and stress-free, I trust them completely and highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything :)

I previously used Luxury Pet Taxi to take our dog and cat from Copenhagen to London, and this time they took us from London to Lille, France. The process was just as smooth as the first time, and Monika and Greg are great people who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend them if you want peace of mind while traveling with your pets!
