Promised to deliver paint 2to 4 days from ordering 2wks later still waiting for delivery could have walked there and back quicker

Paint arrived in a couple days as stated. Great quality of paint too.

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer care and no response to separate calls regarding the status for the order I placed on the 1st of August 2022. I was eventually given confusing message on the 10th of August that the order was messed up at the supplier side, but with no definitive answer whether it would be rectified. Then, a delivery was sent at the same time when I escalated it for a full refund. Now, I am left to return the delivery, and to wait for a full refund. Not to mention that the decorator I employed has wasted two visits.

Samples received exactly as requested. Well packaged!

I ordered a few Zoffany sample pots and was pleasantly surprised that they were delivered three days later. Very happy customer.

Fenwick and tillbrook paint...greylag goose colour ; just painted onto bedroom wall and looks vabulous, warm undertones in a east facing room. Really thick well pigmented quality colour. Have also bought little donkey and burnham overy yet to use but I know will be just as good 😌

I only ordered a sample pot but this came speedily and was just what I wanted. Luxury Paints sell paint from lots of different suppliers, you will be spoilt for choice! Prices are also extremely competitive. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The correct paint arrived promptly and it was well packed.

Paine arrived damage and had leaked everywhere. Complained via email but got no response.

Bought Graham and Brown paint, reasonably priced, good service.

The colours are lovely and having chosen one the sample tin I ordered came very quickly

Paid for 2 tins of Mylands Paint. Only 1 tin delivered which was delivered today. Delivered to the wrong business unit. No notification from the delivery company or Luxury Paints that is was due for delivery and at what time. Not the way deliveries should be going in todays retail service. No invoice or delivery note, nothing. The painter is in doing the job tomorrow. If he doesn’t get the other tin of paint the day after I won’t see him for weeks as he is very busy. I have asked them to rectify the problem and get outstanding paint I have paid for to me by Saturday. I’ll update with the resolve when it happens.
The outstanding paint will arrive Tue now due to the bank holiday and I have been refunded for this tin for the inconvenience caused. Would rather have had both paints arrive to get the job done but I can’t fault the gesture to rectify what went wrong.

I ordered farrow and ball paint. I received the item within the for day order window quoted.
Packaged well, no damage to tin. Fair price for this brand too.

wonderful easy to use website and choice of paints and colours especially Mylands. even had 10% off my first order and package arrived quickly. one of the paints was a special order and got missed at the Mylands warehouse so had to chase it up myself and they made sure it was here the next day. Mylands French Green was amazing thick and easy to apply. the ultramarine 2.5L was fantastic colour and went on well. the only one not sure about was Mylands Lollypop 2.5L marble matt ended up putting 3 coats on a newly plastered wall which had the mist coat first 3rd coat was watered 10% and still left slight patches where i could see through the layers. could be done to me for not stirring it enough first
