Ma commande chez Luxury
Suite à ma commande chez Luxury, j’étais très satisfaite des produits comme l’OGO et l’alcool ainsi que les ciseaux qui sont arrivés bien emballés et de très bonnes qualités.
En ce qui concerne les parfums pour bougies j’étais moins convaincue, l’odeur n’était pas au rendez-vous et la qualité ne me plaisait pas.
J’espère que mon témoignage vous aidera dans vos choix.

Fast delivery, but no good quality
Fast delivery,
Perfume bottles are ugly, stickers not well fixed, and worst, very difficult to pour, meaning you lose a lot when trying to put the content into a nicer, smaller bottle. Also, doesn’t smell very nice. Looks very much like cheap perfume from China sold under Antwerp label 😕

I would like to clarify that our perfumes do not come from China. All our fragrance compositions are sourced from reputable, well established perfume houses within Europe, and each batch undergoes strict quality control.
The issues you mentioned regarding the bottles and stickers are not the standard we aim for, and we will investigate this immediately. If you would like, we can arrange a replacement or discuss an alternative solution for you.

Het is een prima product alleen kan de logistiek een stuk beter .
Mijn besteling (een smeltpan van 27L)werd dubbel verzonden waardoor ikzelf achter dingen aan moest om. Een van de 2 pannen terug te sturen.
