Although we had a slight issue with the first unit that was delivered, (delivery company not Luxe Supplies) what really stood out was how they handled it. Things don’t always go perfectly, but great customer service is measured by how a company responds when something does go wrong—and Luxe Supplies absolutely exceeded my expectations.
