Shoved in a dirty YSL bag and dimples in a corrugated box which was smaller than the Tote itself. Tote is totally crushed

This company reeks FRAUD. Do not buy from them

While we work with a trusted third-party fulfillment company to pack and ship orders, we take full responsibility for your overall experience. The fulfillment provider we use is a professional organization with years of experience, handling items securely and ensuring they are packaged appropriately for transit.

However, we must address the serious allegations in your review. Your claim that the item is a "knock-off" and accusations of fraud are entirely unfounded and defamatory. All of our products, including the YSL Tote you received, are sourced directly from authorized luxury retailers in this case YSL themselves.

Additionally, we note that your review was posted 12 days after the item was delivered. While we are committed to addressing concerns promptly, this delay complicates our ability to verify your claims regarding the packaging and the condition of the item upon delivery. Without images provided at the time of receipt, it is difficult to assess whether the item may have been handled or used during this period, further affecting any review of its condition.

2024 Adventure Calendar

Although customs delayed the arrival due to holiday workload increase. My fiancé couldn’t be happier with her gift. The attention to detail and the many times she said “these are beautiful”, has been heartwarming and fun to watch.

Lux Afrique Boutique works its magic once again!

I have now benefited twice from this remarkable company’s international access to exclusive luxury brands. Thanks to their personal shopping service, I now have a luxury watch that has been unavailable on the market. One cannot simply go into a store and buy this watch. It is made-to-order for special clients to acquire in perhaps 8 to 12 months. So, I approached Lux Afrique Boutique for help. They looked into it and were confident they could find exactly what I wanted directly from the jewelry house. I paid up front and in just less than 4 months they delivered to me the watch of my dreams. I worked with Fabien, a very personable and conscientious professional. He stayed in close contact with me, by phone and text, updating me at every step. I am besotted with my watch and, once again, with Lux Afrique Boutique. Working with them was a complete pleasure.

Best customer service ever!

I had the pleasure of shopping with Miss Romana Mahomed for a Chanel necklace that was sold out in the U.S. It was great that she responded right away to my inquiry about the item, and told me that she had located one more necklace that was out-of-country. Miss Romana was detailed in explaining the purchase and shipping process to me. Every time I had a question, she replied to me promptly, with clear answers. Her buyer was able to secure the necklace for me quickly, and sent pictures/ video of it. The necklace arrived so fast, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a Dior shoe that was out of stock. The store offered to find it and they got back to me within 2 days. They sent the shoes to Brazil very quickly and professionally. The seller was extremely polite and attentive. I highly recommend the store.

We have a procedure in place for handling goods that may be scratched during transit. As part of this process, we requested a video of the luggage because the pictures you provided did not clearly show any scratches. This helps us accurately assess the issue and expedite a resolution.

Once we receive the video, we can proceed with arranging a replacement for you. Alternatively, Rimowa offers a global warranty on their products. You can take your luggage to any Rimowa store worldwide, and they will assist you with the issue.

I was looking for a sold out Chanel bag…

I was looking for a sold out Chanel bag that I just loveddd the design. I scoured the internet for a credible place to buy the bag. I saw it at Luxeafrique but was not familiar with the website and there are sooo many scams online and we are not talking about a small amount of money to be gambling here.. I read the other reviews and decided to give them a shot.

They were GREAT. Customer service 10/10. Someone contacted me the whole way through the shipping process. The bag is legit, the company is legit, the website is legit, your item is safe and will arrive to you. I would definitely buy from them again. Yes you are paying a premium but really not much more than if you found the item on a secondhand site and this item is new. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
