I ordered two wigs back on 6/10/26 and still had not received them by 6/20/26. Their return policy says a full refund will be issued if the items have not been shipped. I requested my order to be cancelled as there was still no information on when they would actually ship, which is way past their 5-7 day arrival time they say. I have sent three emails, each time they ask of if I would still like to ship them, and each time I say no, I no longer want your product and please refund me. Horrible customer service, product not provided, and no refund, fraud and scam are the two words that come to mind of my experience. I want my money returned to me, please.

First, order was very easy. Secondly, the wig is beautiful. Very soft. Natural looking, just gorgeous! I wish shipping was faster, but for the most part I am very pleased and in the process of order another wig. I also loved the fact that it didn't have those irritating straps at the bottom and the quality is outstanding.

In April of 2026, I ordered a 16-inch curly wig! In early May, because it takes a while to receive it, I had received an 11-inch curly wig! Some of it was 12 inches. After weeks of going back and forth, sending videos and photos, they still disagreed! Finally, after I saw a licensed, certified cosmetologist who measured it on video, they did agree to let me return it! The wig was returned; I asked for a refund, but they sent me a replacement instead! I received the replacement wig on June 11th; it was the same wig, still short! My emails are being ignored, and sometimes I am blocked on their site from posting reviews, photos, and videos! They are falsely advertising their lengths and sending you what they want you to have, not what you paid for. Do not trust LUVWIN!!

Luvwin has an amazing website which is very easy to navigate when looking for your wig. I am very pleased with the units I have gotten from Luvwin as the hair is very well cared for and also looks super natural. The lace blends into my skin tone with ease the units I have gotten have all been glueless and mainly in the salt and pepper colors which I find to be very appealing against my skin tone. As well they have a variety of units super fast shipping and customer service is wonderful.

Customer service responded on a timely manner before my first transaction. After placing my order, I learned the company ships from China thus extending shipping and delivery by weeks. The wig I received did not look the same as the advertised product. Mine is shorter. A model on YouTube reviewed the same wig. Hers was bouncy and looked more like human hair. Mine doesn't look or feel like human hair. It sheds even without manipulation. Just shaking the wig causes shedding. This was my first and last order with this company. LUVWIN74714298

The shipping time was great and really quick and the customer service was excellent! I LOVE this wig! The hair texture is so soft, the layers and cut makes the hair so bouncy. The hairline is Super Natural looking and it's very beginner friendly, which makes it a great choice if you are new to wearing wigs

I have purchased my fourth wig from this company. What I like most is their communication and customer service. My last unit was going to take a bit longer based on my request. They kept me informed and once the unit was ready sent me photos which was very much appreciated. The hair quality, craftsmanship, color, etc. has gone beyond my expectations.

My latest experience with the Luvwin 5x5 salt and pepper wig order was an ordeal to be sure but based on great past experiences, I wanted to give them every chance to make it right, and after a lot of back and forth and slow shipping, I was finally able to get an exchange. I didn't like it initially because it was noticebly shorter on the sides, and it had a stronger chemical smell than I remembered. I washed and conditioned it. It now has look and feel I have come to expect. I am glad we were able to work out our differences to a meaningful end because in my view Luvwin has the best selection of salt and pepper wigs.

I love Luvwin Wigs … I ordered 4 times already. The Quality of the hair and Texture of the lace are so realistic. I bought a wig from Soul Lady but their wigs are not made the same in my opinion so I don’t wear that one. Also the customer service is timely and professional.
I will be ordering a 5th wig in the coming weeks. 😇

I purchased a wig from Luvwin.com, and although their policy states that items can be returned within 15 days of receiving them, the process has been extremely difficult. The policy requires customers to contact customer service before returning an item, but despite emailing them several times, I have not received proper support. Instead, the only option they’ve offered is a partial credit if I choose to keep the wig. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business
