Absolutely outstanding customer support. When I encountered a problem with my yogurt maker, I found that customer service solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Purchased the Luvele yogurt maker. Followed the directions and we had perfect yogurt on the first batch.
I have made several more batches and every time just perfect. UHT MILK with packet of starter, 1/2 cup of powdered milk. 38c for 12 hours.
We bought cheese cloth and like to drain our yogurt to have Greek yogurt.
About 70% savings with no microplastics.

Amazing product time and time again iv used this to make mince and sausages, never any issue apart from one time my wife put the parts in the dishwasher and you absolutely cannot do that to aluminum. Great people sorted me out sent me replacements. Couldn't recommend this product enough

Thanks so much to the Luvele team and especially Tim. As a chef who does a lot of food styling and food photo shoots, I have had my vac machine for about 5 years and I use it a lot for quite big jobs of vac sealing. Tim was amazing at helping me trouble shoot the vac as it was not auto vacuuming properly, I though I would have to buy a new machine but it was only a cheap purchase of new gaskets from Luvele that did the trick. Professional, efficient and fast replies from Tim made the whole experience a breeze. Its now up and working as new, thank you for your incredieble service and a great product!

I am very happy with my Luvele products! I have been using my yogurt maker about twice a week for several months now to make SCD yogurt and it turns out perfect every time! The yogurt maker is easy to use and clean. Because I was so impressed with the Luvele yogurt maker, I then bought their food dehydrator. So far I have dried flowers and foliage for crafts. Tomatoes next! It works great and is also very easy to use and keep clean. The machines and all components are of a very high quality. If/when I need anything else, I will be purchasing from Luvele!

We have a lot of Luvele products and love every one of them. Recently had a problem with one of the products (out of warranty) that I couldn't solve so contacted Luvele Support. Tim from support responded in a timely fashion and ran through the issue with me in an understanding manner to the end result of solving my issue to my complete satisfaction.
It's easy to see why Luvele has such high customer ratings when you receive this sort of support.

We've just purchased the Luvele Eclipse Meat Grinder but first a shout out to the amazing Tim at Luvele Customer Support. I had an initial concern relying on email support as they don't have a phone, but it was totally unfounded. Tim responded to my initial queries regarding the product quickly and efficiently, and has also helped me out with an issue of my own making since which I'm grateful. If only customer support was this good everywhere!

We've only used the grinder once and it was amazing - did it exactly what it was supposed to do. Feels very heavy duty and we are happy so far. A well deserved 5 stars for this Aussie company who look like they've got it right.

We recently learned about the benefits of eating L.Reuteri yogurt, and needed a yogurt maker that was capable of 36 continuous hours at 100 degrees F. Luvele was recommended to us so we ordered the 4 cup machine, the L. Reuteri starter and prebiotic fiber. All arrived well packed and in only a few days. We used the recipe on the Luvele website and are now up to our 3rd creamy delicious batch. This strain of bacteria is a life changer and is helping us heal our guts. My husband has celiac and has seen a lot of improvement in his digestion in less than a week of eating it. Thank you Luvele for making this easy to use machine that makes beautiful yogurt. I am having so much fun with my Luvele Yogurt Maker. I am on my third batch of L.reuteri and it's awesome! There is something that makes it fun to use. Small enough to remain on the counter full-time, easy to use. Something happy about this product. I think I will need an additional glass container so I can be going all the time.

It was Tim, a customer service rep with whom I had the most helpful, informative, and quickest replies to my questions. He was so on top of his game!! He set a precedent for what superior service is!! He deserves a raise!! Because of him, I will remain a loyal customer of Luvele for ages!!

Great quality products and exceptional after-sales service. The Eclipse Meat Grinder is a true workhorse and I use the Deluxe Pro Vacuum Sealer on a semi industrial level. The staff are always friendly and speedy in delivering parts and consumables.

Loving my new yoghurt maker! I was a little ambitious in my first ever batch but Joe gave me heaps of tips and guidance and second batch turned out a breeze! Perfect!

We are trying to use less plastic and waste less food and these containers are great for both. Fruit and veggies stay fresh for ages with the vacuum seal. We have 10 in total now. We use the 750ml ones for saving left overs and the 2.5l ones for storing fruit and veggies in the fridge. Really happy with them

I LOVE this dehydrator. Having grown up in South Africa biltong is a food group of its own but tying to air dry it in Texas heat can be difficult. Made my first batch this weekend and it came out great. Would recommend getting a couple extra trays for additional height if you want to do longer/bigger pieces.

Machine had an issue after a couple of years emailed customer support was contacted back within an hour with parts required and instructions how to fit paid for part delivered within 4 days great support service.

We absolutely LOVE this yogurt maker! It has a very pleasing design and is compact, so it does not take up lots of counter space. We are cranking out batches of l. reuteri, l. gasseri, and a blend from Donna Schwenk called Yogurt plus ( Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, Plantarum, and L. delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus, with the addition of L reuteri). We also really appreciate being able to let the yogurt maker run for 36 hours which is needed for these organisms). We also ordered an extra 2 liter jar so we can have one to store yogurt, and one for use in the yogurt maker. Another big bonus is the company, itself. They immediately shipped out our yogurt maker, so we received it in no time, and the customer service is also really excellent. I give customer service and their shipping all 5 stars. This is a great company and they have a great yogurt maker that we've got running almost continually.

I was diagnosed with Hydrogen SIBO. After reading the book "The Microbiome Connection" by Dr. Mark Pimentel & Dr. Ali Rezaie which talked about making homemade yogurt which can help with gut healing properties. I purchase the Luvele Pure Plus Yogurt Maker. This product is absolutely perfect and super easy to use. I made my first batch of L.Reteri yogurt and it came on perfect! I honestly feel that this strain of yogurt really helped in healing my SIBO. I chose not to take any antibotics and treat my SIBO through healthly eating habits and supplements. I can't sing enough the praises of this yogurt maker, Luvele really has the best products on the market. I have 2 yogurt makers, it's so fun to explore new recipes and share with my friends and family!

I love the Luvele products! We purchased our Deluxe PRO Vacuum Sealer in November 2020 and to date we have had only one issue with it which the Customer Service guys were able to sort out without any fuss or hassle.
We also have the Eclipse Meat Grinder/Mincer which we purchased in May 2021 and when that had a fault the guys were quick to sort us out (even with this item being out of warranty)
I could not recommend these products enough or the customer service.

This was a wonderful investment and I just love it! My yogurt is delicious and I love that I can make it the way "I" like it! It is a very well made product, kudos to your team Luvele! Funny, my friends want to borrow it and I don't want it to leave my kitchen. I just offer to make it for them because I know once they get their hands on it, they won't want to return it! 😉
